Our waitress was amazingly attentive. I luv when the waitress takes care of u.. Drinks 5$ for a melon margarita.. Awesome drink... Food was delicious.. Had a great time...Update June 12th. Try the watermelon margarita .. Our waitress kept pressuring me about ordering. She asked me multiple times in a row even after I told her repeatedly I would let her know. Ask me once ok thank you I'm all set I will let you know... But she literally asked me at least 6 times. She even asked twice in the same sentence. I never felt pressured to buy food before.
The food is yummy, the atmosphere is fun. I have always had pleasant people serve me and and bar area is nice. My husband and I enjoy it here every once and a while on a date night. Its on the list of favorites.
Absolutely disgusting! Which explained why the place was almost completely empty on a Saturday evening at 7:30. I had chicken enchilada the chicken tasted boiled and no seasoning, black beans were slimy, my wife's steak also had no taste and it looked like it was cooked in the microwave. She also had red sangria which turned out to be just wine with a lemon slice, no fresh fruit, no brandy as was in the description. Our server was very nice and apologized that the food was horrible. I actually felt bad for the people coming in after us. Piece of advice fire the cook if he or she is infact a cook.
went in for dinner while traveling through warwick. sat at the bar bartender never greated me but continued his conversation with the 4 people who were at the bar. and by the way done eating. after about 10 to 15 minutes of being ignored walked out. no wonder the place was empty..
The food was very amazing, we got here and ordered our drinks. For 3 people to get drinks, it took 40 minutes. We did not order our food until 58 minutes after arriving. One of our drinks came back wrong so we sent it back, mind you it was frozen. It came back 15 minutes later done wrong and almost completely melted.
Recently went to OTB Warwick RI. We had a party of 10 to celebrate my grandson's birthday. He's 9 and it was his birthday request to dine there. Dinner was fine. My past experiences there have not been good ones and normally I wouldn't have gone there. Here's my complaint about this visit... Servers came with a brownie sundae and wished my grandson Happy Birthday, which we thought was so nice. No one had requested this from our party. So, to my surprise, after my husband gave me the receipt when we got home, we discovered that we were charged $6.99 for the sundae which we did not request. It's not that we couldn't afford $6.99 +. It's the point. Couldn't complain on the "contact us" on OTB website. Tried at least 5 times and kept getting error messages.

Love this place ! Never a bad meal
Mostly an empty restaurant.. was seated right next to the entrance to the kitchen. Then another 4-top right next to us seated. Plenty of other empty seats. What was that all about?Food. Ordered the chicken bowl. Totally underwhelming.. big difference between what's shown on the menu and the actual little bowl it comes in. Very little flavor..had to add salsa from the chips. Of the four of us, three ordered the same chicken bowl and felt the same.Only highlight? Our amazing, most friendly server.
Food was good, our server was really ontop of it. I had fajitas, they were good, severed on a sizing skillet. Kids had burgers , wife had enchiladas, all in all a good time. Not 5 stars, because none of the wonderful local brewery beers are available, that's were my last star comes from.
