We admired how hard the 2 sisters worked to get out the orders. Their parents Nick and Joan were off that day baby sitting their kids. They were unexpectedly slammed on July 5th. One sister wasn't supposed to be there, she stopped by and ended up working. The food was great and they stayed happy through it all. It's a local Family owned breakfast all day place.
What a great place! Google reviews led us here. From the enthusiastic welcome to the last bite on the plate….a wonderful experience. Food came fast and was very tasty. Enjoyed everything - particularly the walnut pancake.
Nick has alot of personality. He makes you feel like you're family. Food is always fresh and prices are very reasonable.
Great place to eat! Best wieners in the world! Nick uses fresh potatoes and cuts them fresh for French fries and home fries!Been coming to Nick n Joan's for decades. Great breakfast also.

Was in the area doing some pre blizzard shopping with the Co Reviewer and we stopped in for breakfast.Clean and comfortable with good service.I had the scrambled eggs and she had an omelette and they were good.My blueberry pancake was tasty.In the short amount of time we were there they had to sell two dozen hot wieners to go. Have to keep that in mind the next time we are in the area.
A real local diner with great food and staff. Place was packed but the service moved quickly and the two workers were still somehow able to chat you up. You could tell there was great chemistry between them and with the locals.Omelet and breakfast sandwich were delicious!
Short review: Very reasonably priced diner style food, and amazing serviceFull review:Came here on Presidents’ Day and really wish more spots like this still existed. My boyfriend got a hearty omelette and breakfast sandwich with bottomless coffee, mine was side of grits and two glasses of grapefruit juice. It all came out to less than $25.Best part of this place though was the service. They only had one cook and one server and basically a full restaurant but still got the food out at a reasonable rate. We were at the bar and the cook made sure our food was seasoned to our preference. The grits portion was on the smaller side and both the cook and the server kept checking in to make sure I had enough to eat . I really appreciate the care they showed us despide how busy the and will definitely be coming back here the next time I’m in the area!
