Very disappointing service! Ordered dinner at 340 giving them 20 minutes to make the order and even checked in on the app. Go to pick up my order and after waiting in line for over 25 minutes. They proceed to tell me I have to cancel my order because they have no intention of making it even though it just turned 4 when I finally got to the speaker. Ruined the whole evening. Will never be going back to this restaurant for personal orders. Complete disappointment!
This is the second time I ordered from this location via DoorDash recently and I ordered the Classic Cheeseburger Bundle but I put it as PLAIN NO CHEESE on the options which they do have. They have the audacity to put cheese on it every dang time but this time they undercooked the burgers, including an additional burger I ordered for my girlfriend. I tried calling the store to give feedback, no answer so this is my review of this location.
Food is always hot n fresh. No matter how short staffed they are you always get the best service. Other burger places will ever compare. I though Sonic would be a great place to go but I have been there once and will never go back, they still do not compare to McDonald's.
I went to this McDonald’s after work because my mother was hungry. When I got there there was a bit of a wait. And they made me park to wait for food which wouldn’t have been bad. But when I got home my mother (who is immunocompromised) but into the burger to find it was raw. And when waiting on the manager to remake it one of the employees yelled at me to ask what I was waiting on. And I saw the man preparing someone else’s food blow his not and not wash his hands or change his gloves. This was actually the most disgusted I’ve been.
Not even a busy when I went. Not a car in Drive thru. Ordered on the app. The food came in bagels sealed with their stickers. My gut said to check the order but I didn’t. Over 1/3 order was missing or incorrect. Wasn’t a huge order but it had 5 meals. Zero effort and laziness. They want fair wages but put no pride or effort into their job.
Picking up a doordash delivery, they somehow lost the order and don't even realize until ive already been waiting 15 mins. Then when they finally do have it its still another 15 minutes of waiting. Lady up front was kind but that only goes so far. Easily one of my worst pickups put of 1500+ deliveries. If you do any type of food delivery avoid this place like the plague.

It's a nice place to treat your cravings for either greasy food or healthy food (the chicken sandwiches). Coffee at any hour, their apple fritter is excellent.
You can go there and no matter what you order they are gonna mess it up or forget something you order a meal they Give you just the sandwich has happened too many times to count.
Issue with my order. I received me food and as I was turning onto the highway to head home I thought I’d have some fries. They were soggy and cold. How is it they make you wait over 20 minutes in line and over 10 minutes at the order window just to give you undercooked low quality food. I have tried calling to complain and this location is 24 hours. But yet, nobody picks up the phone. I’m going to get my refund
