In the past service has been soooooooo slow it actually hurt a little. A 20 minute wait for some dried out nuggets is unacceptable in my book. However lately they have gotten their act together apparently. Of course there will be a wait at dinner time but as of late I haven't waited more that 5 minutes for my order. When I go in the morning before work on occasion Im in and out of the drive thru within just a couple of minutes. The food is fresh and for Macdonald's tastes pretty good. Staff is friendly.
The staff working the drive thru here on Friday night (3/25) were unbelievably rude and ignorant. They forgot half my order and then prepared it incorrectly. When I asked them to remake it and give me the missing half that I PAID for you would think I threw a rock at the window or something. They were so put off by it. I understand that food service can be tough so I go out of my way to be polite, their response was completely unwarranted. If you hate your job go find a new one, there’s more than ever out there these days.
Store not very good with door dash.50/50 on correctly assembling those orders.And often I am missing items in my bag.Drive thru is OK, but too often your machines are down for either food or credit card
The food is the same, exactly what you expect from Macdonalds burgers, the reason I gave this 3 stars is that this location really wants you to order using the touch screen, ok, covid blah blah, so I ordered my food, no problem. After I paid, I forgot that I love the blueberry cream pie, so I went to order at the register and I was ignored until someone yelled, use the touch screen. For all the technology, sometimes it's more of an inconvenience. The food was fine and pie was delish.
Large... really...I ordered some large French fries and I get this ... I think they should have more fries for that one pays extra
The servers are understanding and easily get me when I request each meal.

i walked in a stood for about a good five minutes in the restaurant and all the employees were just staring me down and not helping me out so i just left.
Imagine this, you order 50 dollars worth of food and only get 10 bucks worth. When you ask them to give you rest of your order, they say "We cant give you free food, you have to give us what we gave you then we can give you rest or you have to buy it again." So they just Stole 40 bucks and absolutely refused to give me my order besides the Oreo flurries. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE, THEY WILL NOT CARE IF YOU ARE MISSING ITEMS AND ASK FOR MORE MONEY FOR THEM. Travel the extra and go to a Different Store.
Line moved quick, fries hot, friendly service, can't ask much more
