Ordered a coffee and a hot tea. Had to fix order at first window. Not sweet tea....uggh.. hot tea. McDonald's should offer beverages that are not sugar bombs. Ordering water seems awkward. could be a seltzer option. Certainly less expensive than 24g of sweetener. More profits, right?? Sugar kills. Could a drink with 5g sugar be thought to be palatable?
It is and has been the worst McDonald's in Rhode island. It's amazing how much the customer don't matter to these young employees. Shame on the management if they're is any. You wait 10 minutes in a drive thru line just to order your food. Gets back to you and it's wrong half the time. And if you have to go in because the line hasn't moved it's even worse. This is a fast food restaurant but the word fast has been cancelled Out with incompetent people they hire.
I got 2 shakes both of them spilled onto the outside of the cup(not just a few drops a good amount), and we didn't get straws. Then the plain hamburger I ordered came with ketchup and onions
Haven't been to McDonald's in a long time, but my wife was craving a quarter pounder..so I sit in line for 15 minutes waiting to order, get my order in, and guess what...nothing that I ordered was in the bag...go figure
This place keeps getting worse an worse I had the most nasty so called crispy chicken sandwich was fried in dirty oil how do I know I work in the food industry. The bun was burnt an fries were so old they flopped all the food sucked won't ever go back there. Prices are outrageous for the slop they serve
I just went there for 1 pm the guy in the red shirt working today on a Thursday November 18th 2021 he looked like a manager I understand they was busy I was picking up an Uber eats order and the way he talked was very uncalled for he had a bad attitude.
Gave 3 stars instead of 5 because even though it's not their fault the prices are insane but the main reason and I honestly kept going back and forth if it should be a 2 star or 3 but the shake machine for whatever reason never works I'm being absolutely serious when I say it might be working 1 time out of 10 times of me going there which to me is ridiculous either fix it or get a new one and this hasn't been going on for a short time this has been going on for years
At 11:25 pm on September 17th, I came to get the take-out order. A McDonald's staff (middle-aged woman) yelled at me, very rude, and pointed at the glass. I did something wrong. What's up? I'm here to get takeaway orders! If you don't like this job, please leave and don't slander the service quality of McDonald's! I complain to you!
My son found a penny in the bottom of his Happy Meal fries.
Food was prepared well and came out quick.The lavatory is grotesque and outdated. But great service.
