Waitress wasn't dressed appropriately, Never asked me or my guest if we wanted water. My iced tea was luke warm and I had to ask for more ice. She seemed to have an attitude when I asked for more ice. I ordered my steak medium and it came to me Rare, It had to go back. My mash potatoes were room temperature at best. My garden salad was pretty good. My guest's fries we're room temperature at best and her hamburger was good she said. During the meal our waitress kept disappearing and never came back to warm up my guest's coffee or top off my tea. I found my waitress to be pretty lazy.Over all we decided not to tip her and also decided to never go back there. I wouldn't recommend this place to a democrat. Or maybe I would !
As far as chain restaurants go, this is in my opinion the best steak out there. The bread might not be quite like Texas Roadhouse but hardly a knock. Longhorn also makes a strong old fashioned. That’s not just a one time thing, either. So be mindful. I definitely approve. Also try to avoid middle of dinner time. This place gets very busy on a regular basis and you can very easily wind up with an hour long wait.
My food was so delicious that I didn't even have time to think about taking photos and I think that says it all, I went to celebrate my husband's birthday and everything was delicious although if I'm honest my husband's cut (New York Steak) was super burnt I literally didn't feel anything else, but my Ribeye was licking the plate and the margarita wasn't delicious, but what follows and what to say about the strawberry cake that is the richest and most amazing thing is that the freshness of that jam has no definition.
Don’t call to make a in call wait sorta like a reservation ?called at four . Sadly I failed to get the name of the person who told me I was all set just walk in at 5 and give your name . Sadly we got here and we’re not seated. Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated . Do to all the people the people who walked in before us . Our waitress name was Michelle very kind courteous and the food was great . Other then the wait part everything was great
Great food, great service, great time. Been to this local several times, all good. This time was a 3pm seating, everything was dirty, dirty floors, both bathrooms & tables had debris scattered about everywhere. Food was great but 2 of the 3 orders were cooked wrong. Attention to detail was not observed.
I never leave reviews but our experience was just ehh. My husband & I decided to go here for a lunch date on a Friday afternoon, and it wasn’t terribly busy.He & I both work in the industry so our compassion level was higher than most I imagine but the entire experience was less than stellar.The service was so very slow all around from seating to dropping the check. The food was okay but if I’m going to pay $29 for a filet, I’d prefer no fat on the cut and what should’ve been a 45 minute meal, turned into almost an hour and 10.I love the restaurant and decor but left very disappointed.
I love the food, they make a GREAT steak! The only reason I'm deducting a star is because when things are busier they slack on properly cleaning the booths, ars I tried to sit at two and there were crumbs all over the seats which is just yucky. This isn't a time where cleaning standards should be taking any shortcuts. I normally would automatically give 2-3 stars with a cleanliness issue, but the food is too good.
Outstanding. Good service. Good coffee and outstanding food. My wife and I had steak, (what else!) for lunch. I had Sirloin and my wife had Rib eye. Absolutely ?% outstanding. Portion size, minimal fat and cooked to perfection. For appetizer we had, their signature, "Tonion". Awesomeness. Light breading, seasoning and cooked just right. For sides we had potatoes. Mine was sweet potato with cinnamon and butter. THAT needs no description. Mashed for my wife was great. All and all, you cannot go wrong. No disappointments.
First of, thank God we didnt have to pay for this considering we used a gift card. Second, food was dry, burnt, missing items, room temperature. I almost feel like a teen made this food, very hald-assed made. I had better food at Mcdonalds! Gross
So my in laws live the Longhorn in Florida, so we decided to visit our local Longhorn steakhouse because we wanted to send them a gift card to Longhorn steakhouse. I give the one in Warwick a 4 only because the appetizer was soooooo salty
