I went here before for bowling and then went on July 20th for free jump day and got a free month of jumping for one set price because my son loved it here. He is 4 years old and jumped right in and had a blast. My daughter had fun also but needed more of a push for a 3 year old she did great as well. Will be enjoying the free month of jump and so much more. My kids also love the games as well. I would love to try the Lazer tag the next time I go as well.
Launch was so much fun for me and my family. Loved the bowling and pizza from Krave! Such a great time jumping and playing laser tag too! Will come back for sure.
Do not have your kids birthday party here! They are rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go somewhere else! This picture is of the “clean” utensils they gave us. The hosts were in the room nonstop after I had told them we do not need their help. They tangled all the balloons we had to blow up downstairs and could not get them apart after. I was so mad they way they just came in and took my guest plates and drinks that weren’t even done yet! I asked to speak with a manager or someone over the age of 20 and there was no one there. Never again!!
I give it a 1, and I hate to do it because I really wanted to like the place. I loved the original Launch, BUT the first time I went to this location, it was absolute chaos. The trampoline area is super choppy & there were so many people, you could barely sit or stand comfortably. Kids were getting lost & it was just crazy. The toddler area had teenagers jumping in it and the staff ignored it. I can't blame them, most of them were only teens. Where were the adult employees to help? It was insane. Not a manager in sight. The bar takes up most of the downstairs, along with an arcade and "check in area", which was also chaos. There were about 5 parties going on at the same time PLUS public was allowed in. They ran out of favors for my nephews birthday party, and other public jumpers started stealing the ones we did bring. No organization. It was terrible. Not to mention the place was filthy. The floors were sticky from a previous party. The bathroom was dismal and half the stalls were out of order. I wouldn't recommend going. I won't go again.
Such a fun experience! The whole staff is super nice and the XP Arena was my favorite! Shout out to Kaitlynn who made sure my friends and I had the best and most fun experience possible! Definitely recommend for kids and young adults such as I!
My daughter wanted to do something fun over April break with her entire softball team. She wanted to go to Launch and jump and bowl. Problem was I drive a Honda Accord so I rented a limo to take the 10 girls to launch and bring them to the next destination (The Riddle Room). We only had a set amount of time. The girls jumped, decided they wanted to do the XP Arena so we added that while we were there and then wanted to spend the last hour bowling and eating. Bowling was a nightmare. If the girls were not lined up and ready, the machine put them in as a gutter ball and moved on to the next bowler. I told the first attendant who couldn’t fix it… he tried though… but he ended up leaving and I found him at the front desk hugging another employee. By the time I got someone who cared, it still wasn’t fixable and they kept offering me another hour or game cards. I won’t be returning and I didn’t have the limo for another hour so we left disappointed. The second attendant was very nice and wanted to make it right but never came back. The person (blonde male) who works at the food counter is an absolute GEM. I ordered a ton of food and he delivered it and set correct expectations with me and made sure all the girls had water and anything they needed.
Great experience!! Everyone was so great
The kids loved this place! I thought it was a little pricey and very dangerous on a Saturdayevening. It felt like a ChuckECheese, night club style! I brought 4 kids and they went in opposite directions and children were running all over. Mine were older, but parents with little ones will need to be on full alert.
Absolutely terrible. Went tonight 03/26 for a bowling party for my sister's birthday. Took 30 minutes to get the bowling just set up, when there was prepaid reservations. There was a poor teenager OFF THE CLOCK working to help us get set up. Not his fault at all. No management or semblance to be found the entire night by the staff who was on the clock. Bartender messed up several tabs from our party. I will be telling all of my friends and family to stay very clear of hosting any function or event at Launch.
The trampoline area was somewhat small but there are lots of other options here like bowling, video games and laser tag. Decent food and a full bar. We had fun but it was too crowded...
