I put in an order for pick up ASAP, which was xesignated as 15 minutes later. I arrived and it was busy which is fine, I came at lunch. And 15 minutes to the second wasn't important. But when 40 minutes have passed and my sandwich still isn't ready and people are walking in to order and leaving 5 minutes later with their sandwiches I can't figure out the hold up. I asked about the status of my order and I kept being told it was being made. I ordered one sandwich.... peiple with multiple orders that came in 20 minutes after me were leaving with their food.
Customer service sucks!!! Online order scheduled times for pick up are never accurate, i arrive 10 mins after said pick up time and they never even started my order, sat and waited an additional 10 mins for them to make my order after letting them know i was picking up my order. No apology for the wait and no consideration for people's time! I was a regular customer and stopped coming because the wait to order at the store i ricidiculous and ordering online serves no benefit at all! Very upset and will not be returning to this location!!!
Normally my experience at this particular store is great..But not this time.. My regular sub was perfectly fine , but my "Giant Club sandwich " i found not ONE but TWO Brownish/red hair in my food.. Lost my appetite right away & wasted the whole sandwich that was for dinner. It was after hours by the time I ate the sandwich so I couldn't contact the store. ?
I ordered two sandwiches online. When I got there, only one sandwich was finished. They started the sandwich, then put it to the side and proceeded to start AND finish an order for a guy that walked in after me. When I questioned why she didn’t finish mine before his her response was, “because I respect him.” On top of that the sandwich was the wrong size. Customer Service 101 don’t ever tell a repeat customer you don’t respect them. I’m done with this location.

I visited this Jersey Mike's on Saturday (02/05) just before 12:30 and I have to say that it seemed like a particularly busy time in the store, I expected a longer wat time due to this, but was surprised how fast I was in and out with my order (I placed in person, not online). The guy who seemed to be supervisor on shift was doing a phenomenal job of leading all the employees in the store and making sure everything was running smoothly, not only was he quick and efficient but he had a great attitude. He even caught a very easily overlooked error with my order and fixed it before handing off the bag to me. Burnout is a real thing during the pandemic and in most places it seems like poor customer service is becoming a norm (I don't always blame employees for this either, customer attitudes have gotten increasingly worse too!) but seeing the way everyone was working that day (at least during my visit) but so refreshing I had to give a five star review almost four days later. Shout out to all the employees on the Saturday shift and I hope your boss gives you all a raise!
Ordered from this location on ubereats. My driver texted me that they were waiting for my order, no problem. I’ve ordered from this location on doordash as well and every time they don’t have the order finished when the driver arrives. The driver today said the restaurant was very busy, so it’s understandable to be a little more of a wait. Another 30 minutes go by and I open the app, the driver is still sitting at the store. They message me and apologize but say they must cancel the order and assign a new driver. I ended up getting my food a little while ago, 2 hours after ordering. It was soggy but not inedible.The whole reason they got 2 stars is because the sandwiches weren’t bad. I don’t think this location understands that these drivers are wasting time and money when they’re being forced to wait excessively for an order. I can assure that if my driver was there for 30 minutes that they didn’t even begin to prepare my order. Again, I 100% understand it was busy, and places are short staffed. However, that is when you stop taking orders temporarily and make your online orders. I will try ordering from here again because they have great sandwiches but something needs to change, if they can’t handle online orders they shouldn’t offer them.
I got a medium Italian Mike's Way and it was delicious. My boyfriend got the Chipotle Steak sandwich large and it was huge!
Hey guys. I really love your food but the last three times I ordered pick up through doordash no one ever marked my orders as ready so they sat there for over a half hour. By the time I realized something must be wrong my bread was soggy. I understand doordash can be a pain for restaurants but if you're going to offer the service, maybe your employees need to be retrained on how to complete orders? I'm not trying to be mean, it's just now that it's happened three times it's frustrating.
First time trying this sandwich shop. Employees were friendly.. Food was good. Just wanted to add stuff to our hot subs an they never asked justed closed them up an don't like that they don't wipe down the cutting board they just scrape it
