Excellent as always. Jersey Mike's never disappoint no matter what state I'm in.
Freshly made sandwiches on fresh rolls, made to order just the way you want it. Very pleasant staff.
Worst experience ever. I ordered two simple steak sandwiches that were supposed to take 10 minutes. When I got the confirmation for the order it was changed to 45 minutes. As I cannot wait that long I contacted the restaurant and was told that is was busy and that I had to wait very rudely and dismissively. Then when I called the order service to get a refund I was told that I couldn't get a refund because "it was already being made". Hard to believe considering I was just told by an employee that it would take 45 minutes. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I like the subs here but probably won't be going back due to this horrible experience. And I lost $27.
I'm going to several Jersey Mike's but this is by far the worst I've ever been to the bread was hard the toppings were somewhat did not look refreshing and a couple pieces of my cheese were a little dry not moist would I recommend Jersey Mike's yes but not this location
FRIDAY AFTERNOON, DRIVING HOME, SAW A SIGN FOR JERSEY MIKE'S. THOUGHT IT'D BE A GOOD IDEA TO GET A SUB TO EAT AT HOME.. I PUT A LOCATION FINDER IN THE PHONE, AND IT BROUGHT ME HERE. (HOLY COW, MEANT TO SAY THE OTHER WORD )..THE BREAD IS SOO FRESH, YOU'D SWEAR THAT IT CAME OUT THE OVEN THIS MORNING ...TRY THE ROSEMARY ROLL. AND QIITE A BIT OF MEAT, AND WHATEVER YOU WANT IN THE ROLL..JERSEY MIKE'S IS MY NEW PLACE...
Their bacon tastes like degreaser.

Husband and I had a picnic lunch and decided to try some place we never ordered before. Subs do NOT disappoint!!! Delicious and so fresh and stacked my husband couldn't even finish 1/2. Will be back again!
The problem is theres always something broken, wrong, not available, or given attitude. I've lived near this Jersey Mike for about 8 years. Every time I go here there's an issue. Just the other day I had 4 subs to order. I was only able to get 1 of 4 subs because they dont have wraps and they can't serve anything hot.The one sub was good so food quality isn't the issueTrying to be nice with 3 stars but I'd have to say over the past 8 years it's more like a 2 star. This place is practically in my back yard. we should be going to it more often but after you had so many problems you learn to stay away
Always love their subs. Staff seems to turn over quickly with the newest ownership, so there is often inconsistency in the build quality of the subs, and their ability to follow online order requests. Other than that, very solid choice for subs/grinders/hoagies.
