Walked into the restaurant at 9:08, waited 5 minutes for anyone to greet us or come out of the kitchen. Were then told that they only do “to-go” orders after 9:15 so they can deep clean the restaurant. Listen, I get wanting to leave at closing time as an employee… but if your restaurant will no longer seat you past a certain time, just mark yourself as CLOSED or properly advertise that you are “to-go” only after a specific time. My husband and I are not from the area and got dropped off here in order to eat, we would not have asked our ride to drop us off here knowing that information. To top it off, the table that was seated before us (only other table in the restaurant) hadn’t even ordered yet and they were allowed to dine in. Talk about a double standard. After a long day of travel and 8 months pregnant, all I wanted to do was eat and get out of there. Will not be coming back.
my wife and I went in ,we got sat fairly quick...that was pretty much it. while we were there we ordered drinks. , a bunch of tables were cleaned, a few more tables were sat a few tables left, a couple take out orders were picked up, the tables that sat after us got thier drinks.....35 MINUTES LATER, still no drinks for us.... boom just like that IHOP is officially 86ed . thanks for simply ignoring us. now we do the same .
My husband and I along with 2 of our children went to eat. Each plate was made incorrectly. The waiter explained the cook was overwhelmed even though there were only 2 other tables. But we were considerate of that. My husband finished his soda and was never offered a refill. The worst part was when an employee yelled "F%%$!" In front of my 3 and 5 year old. Food was terrible. $60.00 spent and it was not in any way worth it.
Place not too busy and fairly clean. Waitress brought drinks we ordered but no utensils. Granddaughter ordered full breakfast of pancakes, eggs with cheese and crispy fries for 9.99. I ordered scrambled eggs, no meat and toast with home fries. This was also 9.99. I asked for jelly and was told me they didn’t have any. She did bring extra butter as the toast was dry. The home fries were barely cooked. It took forever to get her to take my payment and believe it the bill with coffee and milk was over $30.00! What a rip off!!!!!!!!! Much better food and better prices at local breakfast places!!!!!!!
Had the Cal Turkey avocado on multigrain bread. was actually pretty good very tasty I enjoyed it. there was two of us.I did french fries with mine and a soda. other ordered two pancakes in place of the fries and a water to drink the bill was like 26.00 tax included. so with a a proper tip you’ll be paying a little over 30. the food on the menu looked pretty good. At three it’s Hoppi hour and they have some other menu items that was under 10 like 6 bucks or something but I really wanted the California turkey. like I said was actually a really good sandwich. simple and tasty. good chicken, tomatoes bacon cheese avocado all good stuff.
Food was okay but we waited 10 to 20 minutes to be seated waitress wasn't mean but not nice either.
I drive for Uber Eats and have been to fine dining restaurants that get thier order out faster.28 minutes for thier "quick" 2 egg breakfast to go over easy mind you. THEY DIDNT EVEN ORDER TOAST.
Had a great experience, they were dealing with a very large party and still accommodated me quite nicely and in a timely fashion. Food was good so can't complain.
We where sat down and forgotten about. When I went looking for the waitress to fine out what happen she said she had told the waiter about us. But they were on there phones ND sitting down very ad service.
Once called International House of Pancakes, IHOP is noted for the all day breakfast and also for lunch and dinner items from sandwiches to entrees. The menu is varied enough for all tastes, but if it is breakfast, then enjoy a good selection of American favorites, especially lots of varieties of pancakes. Coffee is served by the pot at your table and the rest of the beverage list is extensive. Our server was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was very clean and orderly. Prices are reasonable. Wheelchair accessible and ample parking. A favorite.
