Delicious chowder ( I like the white), fish and chips and clamcakes. This place is a tradition for my mom, my sister and I.
This place was great but there were definitely some things that could’ve been better.The location is hard to beat. Beach access with plenty of seating. Great place to take a walk before or after your meal.The food was a hit or miss. I really liked the Iggy Burger and the Fish portion was HUGE.The white chowder felt under-seasoned which made it taste pretty bland. Grilled cheese and dough boys the person I was with ordered were also pretty bland but it is what it is.Prices are pretty tough to beat which is why I think it’s worth going to. Especially if you’re bringing the family. The burgers are around $4 which is almost unheard of where I’m from (Boston) unless you’re going to a fast food spot.Would definitely come back to try other things next time I’m in the area
Food was good. Service was awful. We were missing the spoons and the crackers. When I tried to get crackers for my chowder I was pointedly ignored by the person at the desk, for over 10 minutes. My husband went up and finally got helped after standing there and literally waving his hands at her. This was no more than 15 minutes ago.

My family and my sister’s family arrived at 8:30 on New Years Eve and received top notch service from Colleen and the crew. We felt bad showing up only 30 minutes before closing time but the staff was welcoming and great. The chowder, clam cakes, doughboys and shakes were all simply amazing. Well worth the 5+ hour drive from Maine. Thank you for the exceptional food and the even better service! See you in the summer of 2022!
A popular, near or far, year round experience! The food and the quality is authentic clam shack and seafood fare. There are a few non seafood options to cater to kids and non seafood fans. The prices are moderate with $$ out of 5. The view from inside eating or outside eating is equally serene and wonderful with beach views. This is a staple for my family and I when we are in Rhode Island! Highly recommended to all.
Pretty awesome food! Waiter was really nice and quick to help when we needed it. The Texas Mule drink was pretty weak, it was more ginger beer than alcohol. But the clam chowder was top notch. Would highly recommend
We ate at the restaurant. It was fantastic. Truffle fries and Chowder to start. I had fish tacos and hubby had the Lobster roll. Both were perfect. Don't forget to grab some yummy Dough Boys at the takeout window outside on your way out. ?. Two thumbs up ??
I had my 7 lb Maltese strapped into a shoulder travel bag with her head sticking out, at the pickup counter. They made me zipper her completely into the bag because of policy, while waiting for my order.This rating is for what Peanut? thinks of their policy.Me, I think their food is great.
