As someone who worked here for about half a year, it was one of the worse working experiences I’ve had. To start, the $16.50 starting wage they market on the posters is a flat out lie. The manager, Derrick, is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t appreciate or respect his workers. Not to mention, VERY LAZY!! You think someone who does this for a living would take more pride in themselves and their work. Just read the review before me, only two girls were doing the work there. I bet if you walk into this place everyday you probably would only see Derrick monthly because he is never working on the line. The overall work environment is hostile. Not to mention the rats all around the building, they get bigger by the day. And with how disgusting the basement is, I wouldn’t be surprised if they had other, less apparent health issues. Sure, the food is good, it’s five guys after all. But I will never spend a dollar here again and will happily take the trip down to Quaker lane if I ever feel the need to order a five guys burger. If you’re an inconsistent customer or someone traveling, it’s still a good spot to eat, but if you want to support a good healthy work place, just take the trip to Quaker lane. A lot needs to be improved upon at this location, there’s a reason why the sales aren’t as high as they want them to be. I pray for all the employees there, and for the better of everyone in that place I hope it shuts down sooner rather than later ??
As usual very satisfied. There is a certain joy that I get going to Five Guys as opposed to the other fast food hamburger joints because I can actually see my food being cooked.
Great shakes & hot dogs!
As usual awesome beef burgers with REAL HOMEMADE IDAHO RUSSETS FRENCHFRIES COOKED TO PERFECTION, WHAT ELSE CAN YOU SAY! YUMMMMM.. AND IFB THATS NOT ENOUGH FOR U HERE SOME SHAKES, DELISH!!!
We ordered fries that were too salty, complained via website. Employee contacted us stating he appreciated the feed back and offered to send gift card. Never got a gift card. Will not be eating there again. Go to the five guys further up route 2. Not a good idea to lie to customers and serve inedible EXPENSIVE food.
I went there tonight Burger and Fries to go got home my burger was great my fries we're hot enjoyed very much thanks guys and girls you did a great job
First off.. wow what a burger! The milkshake was so good.. and the fries are damn good. The person who took my order was informative. It was clean inside. I haven't ordered from five guys in a long time but I'm happy I did. All around a great experience. If the lousy Brandon administration didn't drive prices so obnoxiously high I'd be ordering from here weekly. When that time comes I'll be a very regular regular. Thank you
Newer store in Warwick. Place was very clean. Cashier was very friendly an all employees were friendly The food is a little pricey but worth it. Fresh burgers an awesome fries. Free peanuts while you wait.
You might look at the prices and think that it’s outrageous that one would pay that much for a burger and fries. Though, given that all the ingredients are 100% FRESH, no limit on toppings, and the patties are always juicy n’ well done; it sure seems like a bargain. I’ve had a few problems here: fries are over cooked, burgers are well done but not juicy (burnt), incorrect dressing. I have to give these guys (and gals) some credit too, they never seem to have a decent amount of people to run a shift. Overall, I think that they try hard but could try harder.
Do not go here. They take forever in the kitchen to make an order, are unorganized, whether you order ahead or not, behave like children, and even failed to produce my entire order. The website says 10 minutes, but you could easily be in there an hour waiting for your order, especially if they mess it up.The food they make is hardly like other locations I've visited.
