Terrible experience came to this place got an extremely expensive 3.00 apple juice long story short couldn’t find my money so gave the lady at the counter my money said I’ll be right back in the meantime someone else paid for my juice couldn’t be more thankful.. so being that I didn’t pay I go to get my two dollars back n the worker is walking away with my money after the lady just told me that she just paid for it a different worker tells me the lady paid the difference.. long story short guess there allowed to just take peoples money and lie when you ask for it back .. it’s only two dollars but it’s the point..
DD is reliable for coffee and other beverages.I am an espresso drinker and believe it or not they make a good one.
Stale poor quality baked goods. Should have been thrown away , this company has a lot of nerve selling garbage.
I placed an order the order was not correct I went to return to get the order corrected and I was treated terribly because I was black apparently Karen at the register don't like people of color
This place is a little difficult to get into and out of because it is on a one-way Street on two sides. I'm not sure they even serve inside. They told me in the Drive-Thru that if I wanted something that I was ordering I would have to go to the front window. I'll admit I don't know what the front window is exactly but this isn't really the most convenient Dunkin' donuts to stop by at. I'd recommend driving by this one and finding the next one.
Go to dunkin donuts everyday for years and finally decide to download app for lousy medium cofee process took15 minutes only to have MANAGER MELISSA make a negative comment about me and i was only customer in the place i spend 200 to 300 a month at this location and then MANAGER MELISSA insults me this is location across from speedy on prov street in west warwick thanks for the great customer service melissa

Was a Convienent Dunkin Donuts that was off a Main Road and the service was Really Good as well!!!
I went through the drive-through and ordered an espresso iced coffee that cost more than a regular iced coffee. I tried it and it literally taste like cough medicine I don’t know if they were joking or if they just don’t have any flavoring but I literally feel so sick and I just feel like this is so unprofessional them because now I have no time to go back and now on my Sunday morning I have no coffee to enjoy. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to and seriously a please they should not even be open because of the poor customer service . Don’t be flattered by the way it looks because it’s a new improved Dunkin. They are stuck in their old ways. Thanks for ruining another morning
They forgot my hash browns and got mad over their mistake. They burned my English muffin as well. Didn’t even say anything and shut the window in my face. Terrible way to start my Saturday morning
