This is our favorite Dunkin. They always get our order right and everything is always good. Keep up the good work!
The worst dunkin in the state. Closes at random times that are never posted or updated, stops serving food 3 hours before closing, never has anything is stock... Drive past this one to the one inside the shell station on Elmwood. It's not worth the stop.
My favorite and almost only one I would go to I don't even half to say my order ounce they hear my voice they just say pull up and my coffee is amazing almost every time almost never messed up and I don't know thier names but this younger girl and guy thier are so nice their amazing

Horrible customer service
True review is 2 and a half stars. The people are amazingly nice, I never had a bad interaction with any of the workers, they are truly very kind workers. Weekday, weekend, doesn't matter, all the worker are exceptionally kind.The only problem I have is, I have a 75% chance of not getting what I ordered. I come here a lot since its the closest store near me, and its on the way to my job. I only ask for a chicken sandwich, to swap out the croissant for a plain bagel. That's it. Nothing else.I even use the dunkin app, its not like they cant hear me. It shows up on the screen, I know this since I used to work at dunkin. Yet they still manage to give me a croissant. I dont even have the energy to go back anymore and ask for the right order, I deal with it since I understand how it is to be working fast food.That's the only reason Im rating 2 stars, so if you order from here, I highly suggest you get your food first and make sure its all correct, and then leave. Do not assume its correct, you will be disappointed.
