For some reason this dunkin doesn't understand what 1 cream is.....not that hard ?

Always great service at the DD no matter what time of day you visit. I like this location because the coffee roolls are bigger than at other DDs. Easy in and out drive thru.
Food was very subpar, even for a Dunkin'. Cheese wasn't melted, bacon was hard and overall didn't not taste good. Disappointing after an 8hr flight. Coffee was also very meh.
As a senior citizen they give you senior citizen discount on coffee and that is so appreciate it for every cent counts.
I know it's hard to get help today, but if you have half a brain you should be able to read the printout and pick the right items. Got chocolate muffins instead of cranberry, didn't realize the error till I took a bite, good thing neither of us is allergic. Also 1 coffee instead of 2, which we did notice and that was corrected before we pulled away from drive through.
Absolutely amazing service! Janine and Codi are fabulous employees! They greet me with respect and amazing customer service and even have made a bond with my son because we go every morning. My coffee is always made perfectly and definitely with love. Would highly recommend this dunkin. I genuinely think it’s the best dunkin in Rhode Island.

Weekend crew needs to pay attention to the order slips. There is enough staff on the weekends to proofread the slips before making the order. Visit this location 7 days a week and it’s out of my way to get here but I only have problems on the weekends. Weekend crew STEP UP!!
