Always very nice. Order always on point and fast.
I have been coming to this Dunkin for years and I love the people who work there. However, I have had multiple problems with them forgetting things from my mobile order. They constantly forget something or give me the wrong order: I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just keeps happening. The other day they yet again gave me the wrong order, I went back to get the rest of my order because they forgot my bagel and hash-browns. Once I got home I realized they didn’t give me cream cheese with my bagel. It’s more frustrating because the food is for my kids and they constantly forget my donuts or get my food wrong or they forget my cream cheese or they give me the completely wrong order altogether! During February vacation however, I didn’t have any problems and all of my orders were perfect but once February vacation ended my orders went back to normal again with things missing or the wrong items. It’s getting to the point where I think it’s on purpose and it’s not even an accident anymore because my orders are not that hard I literally get the same thing every day they know who I am and they still get my order wrong. I never have any problems like this at any other Dunkin I go to. It’s very inconvenient for me to constantly have my order wrong which is the reason why I won’t be coming back to this Dunkin again. The one near CVS is much better because they never get my order wrong.
I try not to come here but once in a while I do since it's at the end of my street. The service is slow. Half of there donuts are not marked what they are. An most of the employees are either busy talking or look half asleep. Just unprofessional
Austin & Ashley and the rest of the crew know exactly how to make the customer happy my breakfast was absolutely bussin, especially Austin for making my bacon egg and cheese with some extra bussin
I go to dunkin several times a day. They are amazing people. And always smiling.
Love my lg.iced coffee with 6 creams-- ice on the side!!!!!
Nice location
Service is great for donuts and coffee but anything that requires assembly like breakfast sandwiches are consistently incorrect. Ordered a sandwich, made it all the way home before I realized it was just bread and cheese. Drove back and they offered to remake it which was great, and they got the bacon this time but still forgot the egg.
DO NOT GO HERE THEY NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT!!!!
They had me pull over and wait for a breakfast sandwich. There whole business is coffee and breakfast sandwiches and they couldn't pull it off. Place is a joke.
