Compared to the experiences I had prior with other Chuck E. Chesses this was not what I expected. I did my son's birthday there yesterday and everything was all over the place. The individual in charge of my party was not attentive and I had to keep reminding him about things I had ordered. The show was poor. A lot of games were not working. For the amount of money I spent I could've done it somewhere else and had a better time. There won't be a next time !!
Staff here are ridiculous. Paid over $80 today and waited for my food for an hour after finding out one of the staff handed out my food to some one else I waited another 20 mins for my food to be remade. Then after we went to order Churros I asked a staff member how long it would take she responded 25 mins so I thought that was a lie I asked the cashier and she responded 10 minutes. After that my son went to use his tickets and the girl did not even look like she wanted to be there my son has issues and she was slumped over the counter with an attitude so I did her job to add and tell my son what he had left in tickets. I kindly thanked her and I got no response back. Not to mention that the bathroom was nasty not clean and the cold water in one sink don’t work and no soap dangerous for our children to burn themselves.I can definitely say I will not return and don’t recommend anyone to come here. It’s just not how it used to be. I wish I could say it was because there short staffed but that’s not the reason because they had enough employees. Not one was at the door checking our hands when we left. I even seen a staff member ask this lady if her hand was stamped and she said no I’m just using the bathroom she said ok and walked away. Do you understand the safety risk in our children because of poor stuff. I REPEAT DONT GO HERE SO MANY RISK FACTORS!
My 4 year old had a blast! They have really good pizza. Haven't been there in a while was surprised to see there's no more tunnels or ball pit. Also tickets and tokens are on cards now. But very good experience. Lots of people even paid for my kids games and we got free balloons
I was glad I had my mask with me. The smell was awful. The food was ok for a kid's palate. The food servers were very nice, which is why I gave 2 stars. The girl at the prize counter was very odd. It was over crowded, loud, and pricey. BUT the kids love it, so I will occasionally suffer through a visit.
Unfortunately the last couple of visits to this particular Chuck E. Cheese hasn't been the best. Upon entering the place it smelled horrible. My husband said something must be up with the ventilation system and the water smelled of puke. Typically we stay for about 2-3hrs and have our kids play, eat etc. But Nooooo! Could only stomach 1 hr. Place was short staffed, and not very cleanly. My kids asked to see Chucky, no chucky available. Unfortunately under these conditions, we will take the extra drive to the other Chuck E.Cheese.
Fun time for the kids. They may be understaffed due to covid. They also seemed to have issues with stocking items on the menu.
Took my 3 children in last night… place was absolutely FILTHY. Not one employee was cleaning anyting at all… how ever there was a bottle of cleaner and dirty rag that sat at one table the entire time… maybe it’s a clean it your self option? Numerous games did not work and the employees were miserable! The girl working at the ticket redemption counter last night should be embarrassed on her behavior and customer service skills. Clean up and get employees who enjoy working with the public.. also what is the point of stamping hands with a dirty stamp if employees are not checking them when exiting? Corporate needs to take a good look at the cameras at this location to see what Actully goes on.
Went early afternoon during a holiday. It was good because not too many families were there.
Great place to take the kids
That place has gone downhill fast.The employees are unenthusiastic and uninterested, the food taste terrible and doesn’t look good, the place looks somewhat presentable -I’ll give them that-, the games work but chucke is announced to be coming at :30 in the dot so kids get all excited and go go wait by the place where he is supposed to come only for be disappointed because he never comes, the winning tickets are now don’t digitally and they don’t amount too much so whatever number you have will give your kid a piece of candy at most. Some of the toys can’t be purchased with money as it used to been done in the past even if that’s the one thing you kid wants for his/her birthday. Nothing looks clean in the games area.Very disappointed
