Not only is the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to but the service was awful. I just left there and the associate that asked if she could help me was dragging the trash bin behind her and when I asked for a burrito bowl she went to grab the bowl WITHOUT changing her gloves. I actually had to say can you change your gloves you were just touching the trash bin. Yuck ?. Will be going to Baja’s from now on.
The Worst Chipotle ever??Where to begin…Don’t bother placing an Online order they most likely won’t have a few items. Don’t bother arriving on time to pickup your online order, it won’t be ready.The restaurant is messy and understaffed.Not sure what’s going on but it’s not good.
Ordered in app. Items missing include chips and guacamole. Guacamole is the main calorie source for my ordered meal besides rice in the veggie bowl.Employee refused to give her name but said she was the manager and said there was nothing she could do. She could not give a different protein for veggie bowl or a different side for the missing chips.The employee only offered us the option to come back another day for the missing items we paid for already or go on the app for a refund. This does not resolve the issue when you need it to be resolved.As far as the actual food, the white rice for some reason did not have cilantro mixed in even though the corn salsa did have cilantro. I don't think there was any lime flavor and it seemed it was just plain white rice given. The veggies also had a very bitter flavor that hasn't been present in prior orders.My experience with this Chipotle was very poor. I do not feel Chipotle has held up to their end of the business transaction.
Stopped in For a veggie bowlAsked for white rice and there was a large piece of dried brown rice stuck togetherThen the black beans were at the dredges of the pan so I asked for some from the pan that must be replacing it and was told there was no more ready! Yup we walked out without our foodThis is the second time poor quality food was being served so we will not go to this location again ! Also dining are was dirty. Definitely poor management at this Chipotle
Staff is to worked up and worried about customers wearing a mask and not so worried about order accuracy. If you get take out, check it. You could get chips, or not. Maybe a burrito, or not. May get a burrito you have to put together yourself.
Inconsistent is an understatement. When it's good it's great, but more often than not you will see several missing ingredients, or at times completely wrong ingredients. I have seen it all; No meat, just meat and rice with no toppings, less than half filled bowls, etc...it's bad. If you order ahead, check your order, you never know what you're going to get here.
I'm not going to lie I was reading through some of the reviews and I thought people were being dramatic because I go to Chipotle all the time although I haven't been here in a few months. So I came tonight and it's true. They gave half the rice they normally give I got a double portion of steak which looks like a single portion. and I had to wrap the burrito myself because it was unedible the way it was. Definitely a disappointment I would recommend la familia, about 8 minutes away.
Found a piece a plastic in our food from this location. We've ordered from here in the past and while the staff has been very friendly, we won't be ordering from this location again
After contacting Chipotle and resolving all my questions and concerns regarding my previous visit, I wanted to update my review. I was informed that there were two service managers working on shift. I (ironically) misidentified the confirmed service manager, who has since resigned from the company. Maybe apologies are due. But. If Chipotle is promoting themselves as “LGBTQ friendly,” hire and train staff to respect pronouns, and install gender-inclusive bathrooms. Everybody deserves to use the bathroom in peace and without fear for their wellbeing. For this, and despite the manager, Laura Corbin, being a member of the LGBTQ community, is incompetent. Comped meal was good.
Rude worker named Michael at the airport plaza likes to laugh and be rude to females who are trying to pick up their delivery order “without a mask” as an employee he has no right to be rude to anyone especially a female and laughing in her face holding her food back that’s paid for, it was very unprofessional is that how you run a business chipotle ??? Thank you to the other employee who gave her the food way to be professional thank you
