The fastest service I’ve ever received at a fast food restaurant. Was absolutely blown away with the customer service from everyone in the restaurant especially the manager Garret. Garret presented my group with our food and made sure we felt at home. Will absolutely be dinning here again with my family and friends. Thanks again Garret!

Staff are super polite! Had a frosted coffee, bbq chicken bacon sandwich and Cobb salad with toppings and apple cider vinaigrette. Everything was delicious!

I’ve been to this location about 6-7 times. Every experience has been terrible. From the service, to the food quality to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Today was nice, had some wilted expired lettuce that smelled off. Had to take it off and risk it as I wasn’t about to ask for another one given the managers terrible attitude. Also had to wipe my own table down as it had old food and sauce all over it, sadly it was the cleanest option, the others looked like someone dumped the trash can on them. Pretty par for the course at this location tho, I’ve never once had a clean table to sit at.If you own this place and are reading this, you need a new manager! The kids working are great but with no direction or prioritizing simple tasks for your guests they’re only set up for failure.
It's good but I still don't understand all the hype. The drive thru lines are long 6 days a week. It's not worth a long wait, the chicken sandwich at Wendy's is just as good.
Not sure the management at this location understands the point of mobile ordering for loyal customers. Everytime the line inside is faster than the mobile line. Then today I was told to wait in line with everybody. I think I'm missing the quickness and Convenienceness of mobile ordering at this location. SEEKONK LOCATION is where to go for some chikfila.
