Food was good but a boy and girl at the counter were literally kissing and hugging in front of the whole food court. I don’t want that around my food that’s disgusting. They had hickeys all over their necks and the boy was kissing the girls neck from behind and feeling her up while another guy was making food. So weird and nasty. If they are reading this, get a room. You’re disgusting. I feel bad for your coworkers who have to witness that all day.
Why does the website say they are open till 9 PM. It is 8:30 and they are closed. I drove here for nothing. Very disappointing! The 4 workers are just standing around talking! It is Saturday 1/22/22.
I’ve been waiting here for an hour. I came in at 11:05 because they said they opened at 11. When I got here, they told me a few more minute until they open. It’s now 12:05 and they’re still not open. They should have just told me they weren’t opening for a while instead of wasting my time. They staff is very rude and I’m starving.
This is the second time this week I’ve tried to eat here on my break. And wasted my time in line to only be told they had no change and this time I’m told they aren’t currently taking orders. Warwick mall location in in Rhode Island. This location doesn’t want to make money and the limited staff they have are rude. I’ll choose to spend my money elsewhere from now on. Sorry Charly

Very poor customer service and the food doesn't taste as good as before. It's made very carelessly.
Great food every time I go, but the workers were very rude. The lady taking my order acted like she was mad that I walked up to order my food. Even though there was no one in line except one couple waiting for their food. Very nasty attitude. And it was not near closing time. I will not order there again. Made me feel embarrassed.
