Don't bother going to this one with your BK gift card. Two weeks in a row my gift card with $25. wouldn't work. No manager around to help. It's just my problem. Checked the balance again still $25 on it untouched brand new card. Told to call number on card, they can't help. Gave me another number to call she couldn't help either, told me to call some other number which wasn't toll free. This after going through the same thing a week ago and no one got back to me to resolve it. Only I'll forward this to someone else and they will get back to you. Round and round we go. Useless people!
Yo this place is a joke. They have two lines in the drive thru now Whitehall was an unnecessary upgrade cause they clearly can’t handle it. There was no one in line the kid told me to wait a few minutes then another car pulled into the other line and they took that order first the kid came back on the intercom and asked what I would like I ordered and he told me to hold on a second. A minute later he comes back on the intercom to ask what I wanted. I said I was good and drove off. Not the first terrible experience I’ve had there but it will be my last.

BK has Moved up in the World making a damn good Chicken sandwich. Specially this particular Burger King and there fries are Most of the Time Hot which we all know that's there nothing wrong with Hot fries! 1 really like this specific Burger King on account of there electronic Coca-Cola machine as well.I would have to suggest 75% Fanta Grape and 25% Surge Glory Grape
So just not going here anymore. Can't get orders right. Tried giving another chance but seriously just love to charge you and then not fix the not giving you the items.
I go to this restaurant usually two to three times a week. I love the managers but I am completely concerned with how this restaurant is being run. One manager who I love was out due to COVID-19. This was on Saturday I asked about her. I go in today only to find that she was in work. This concerns me because she was coughing and the other manager was also showing symptoms of COVID. Unfortunately this isn’t my only complaint about this company. The night crew doesn’t wear masks and they have no care for the customers. How a business like this is able to be up and running with this much going on is awful. The fact that the General Manager and JSC company doesn’t care about their crew/ costumers is awful. So besides the Covid being run around the restaurant and the crew being rude. The food is not made properly nor is it made to anyones health standards. I have been an observer of this place and will be completely open to filing a complaint with the RI Health Department if this situation isn’t taken care off. Please do better. I will be making a complaint on their regular site as well. Have a great day!
I dined in today for a change and I was very pleased with the wait staff and the food was hot. A very pleasing expierience turned into a unsanatairy experience. The crew member began wiping down tables which I was thankful to see. To use the same rag to wipe where customer are sitting their butts thto wheree trash goes to again wipe down tables I am beyond disgusted at this point!
I don't think that the cashier was properly trained. Staff also seemed rattled by a rush of customers.
The place was dirty ordered a Happy Meal for my granddaughter all I got was the toy on the prize had to go back to get the rest ordered a chicken sandwich bread was soggy. Was very short-staffed and the staff that was there wasn't happy to be there.
Went to go buy 2 spicy chicken sandwich and ultimate party bundle then when I got my order I only received 3 small fries and was missing one on top of that I only gotten 1 rodeo cheese which I order 2 so went back up to explain got it right away but when I was explaining about my order she decided to give me attitude so it was no big deal but when I got home she forgot my 2 spicy chicken sandwich and on my way out she decide to say stuff under her breathe talking about she done she had it for today like if you really hate your job that much quit this 50 or 60 year old women was very unprofessional and childish
