Awesome visit. We got seated right away. Place was pretty dead though. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. The food came out in a reasonable time frame. Wings were decently meaty, and the sauces/rubs were very good. Will eat there again for sure.

The two of us were seated in a timely manner and the server, who never introduced himself, came and took our drink order. The drinks arrived in record speed. We then ordered lunch. I ordered the 6 boneless wing lunch special and my daughter ordered the cauliflower wings with a side of cheese curds. The server came back to tell us they were out of cheese curds so we decided on onion rings. He comes back minutes later to tell us they are out of onion rings. Big sigh. Fine, so we ordered tots..not a huge deal. The huge deal was waiting for almost 45 minutes for our small lunch order only to have it not be hot. It had clearly been sitting for quite some time. The server didn't even bring the food..the bartender did, tho the server was bringing food to other tables, sooo???? We also had been served our food, had eaten the food and sat for a good 10 minutes before the server ( or anyone for that matter) came to check on us. We spent an hour and a half having a small, "quick" lunch. I have had a full on dinner with appetizers in less time. Very disappointing, b-dubs.

Update ! 4/2022 ! Everything has gone down here! Would you like a picture of your manager hanging out a long table drinking something from a cup while watching the Celtics game for 2 hours while a whole section of your restaurant, where he was standing, was closed while 1/3 of your restaurant was wide open with no customers at the tables, all while you had a line at door being told 20 to 30 minutes. Manager should jump in if that busy. The bartender could care less about anyone at bar. She said that you closed at 1130 yet she started her side work at 910 and did that all night while continuing to take phone calls in the kitchen. While the whole bar waited and had 0 bartender service. It was pathetic and easily the worst experience at a BWW in my life. We may never go back. I ordered the 40 dollar bundle and was supposed to receive 20 of each style of wings. Well I received about 11 normal boneless wings and 9 so small that all 9 didn't equal 4 more. It was pathetic and at the price point you guys play at, this should be unacceptable! Again, I have that picture too. Look below. After you read this make changes! Enough with pandemic excuses. There old and eveyone is tired of them. Work harder. Be better and be a manager. Jump in. Get your hands dirty. Hopefully this will cause you to make some changes as it was pathetic. You don't tell people at door to wait and have a line when your manager and 3 of the severs are standing at the servers table area over where the TV controls are. Your customers can all see that half your wait staff wasn't busy. And could easily have been sat as 1/3 of seats were open in the restaurant! Again ridiculous!Old review. The wings are a 4. They could be a 5 but they are wildly inconsistent with size, shape and flavor (how much sauce is on the order) making it a 3. The price is wildly off. A large is over 27 bucks with tax and you get 18 wings. What?? There is major room for improvement but could be close to the best with quality assurance and consistency fixes. Even the party share fries, sometimes you get a normal serving up over the boxed half shell container they are in and sometimes you get half of that. For 6 dollars and you get a half of the mini box filled??!!?? Come on now. The last time there we ordered the nachos, which we do everytime, and the whole order was pico and one tbsp of chilli. Cook should have never sent it out. We didnt want our food spit in so we dealt, but we shouldnt have had to. My 70 year old mom had never been before and she loves wings so I wanted to have her try. She loved wings but found fries and nachos unfair. Much too expensive of an establishment to have that many inconsistencies. And to top it all off. Guiness in a 12 oz glass $7.50. Thats insane. 16 ok. But 12. You might as well order a cocktail at that price. Beers should hover near the $5 area. Almost all places follow that guideline for pricing. In fairness to them the new special they are running 30 wings for $30 bucks. Thats a good price. Keep up the specials. Lower the guiness price or get a taller glass and charge $7.99. And be consistent. SO MUCH POTENTIAL. You could be the best!

Very cool sports bar , abundant selection of TV's for the most avid sports enthusiast. Food is great , and beers are ice cold and refreshing with a wide array of selections . The wait staff are very pleasant. And,,, prices that won't break the bank. I will be returning especially when my non local NFL team starts playing because this establishment offers Sunday ticket from direct TV .

Never Order through the Website.Today I ordered at 2pm through the website for delivery. I paid a delivery fee. A service fee, and a TIP. The website them said my ASAP order would be delivered at 4:15.I called the restaurant 5 time before someone was "available" and answered. I asked about the order time. I was told that the time was wrong and it should only take 25 minutes...30 mins goes by and it still says on the BWW website that they haven't started the order yet.I call back and when someone else answers they say "we don't deliver, you can only get delivery from grubhub or doordash" I told them that I ordered on the BWW website and selected delivery. They told me I will have to come pick it up... then the BWW person said they would transfer me to a manager. I was on hold for 15mins before hanging up.Then when I called back they said that the food has been done and either I have to pick it up or I would have to call the driver (which their was no driver) I then drove to pick it up, and the label the 2 bags said they were out of lemonade, so they have me a different drink, and I left. Then I get home and open the Sealed bags everything was cold. All the drinks I bottled drinks I ordered were missing. The cheese curds I ordered were missing, the cake and ice cream I ordered was missing, and the 8oz Mac & cheese my kid wanted was only filled up half the container so...4oz and was a solid brick. So she got almost no Mac & cheese no drink and cold fries.I found out that I was supposed to get a doordash driver (which there is no information on the BWW website about that) and if I had ordered right from door dash I would have gotten free delivery with an order over $15 (my order $75)Then doordash tried to contact the restuarant about the missing food, but once again they aren't answering the phone.Total waist of money. I ordered once through grubhub and it was fine, but this ordering threw their website is trash. They even have a name for who checked the Order... but clearly they didn't. Their website has no cancelation option or anyway to report missing food. The doordash finally got a hold of someone and I was told by Doordash that "they weren't helpful" and I asked if I could just get a refund for the missing food and they said they would have to call me back, but that was an hour ago. ???

Horrible online ordering service - never on time (sometimes more than 30 minutes late), employees are always extremely confused. Placed an order for 11 pm to pick up, food wasn’t ready until 11:30 and had at least 4 workers come out and ask what I was waiting for. It seems like the order was lost.If you’re going to go here, make sure you have extra time and patience.

The food was absolutely disgusting and the service was horrible. I sent all my food back and wouldn’t pay for any of it. You should be ashamed to charge for that garbage I wouldn’t even feed to a dog ?

Solid middle ground. Got some wings and a beer while waiting at the nearby Firestone to do work on my car. The wings were meh, the sauce was light, beer was fine. Pretty okay. Nothing bad, nothing great. You get what you order. Nothing to write home about.

Sat at the bar, had great service but the quality of the food has really gone down over the years. I've noticed this about 5 years ago and started going less and less. I went recently and decided it was the last time I have BWW. I'm not going to miss it at all.Rhode Island needs a wingstop.

Food sucks. Service sucks. Takeout sucks.
