Great service and food was delicious!
Worst experience I ever had in my entire life. My little girl wanted to eat here so we decided to wait an hour wait just to be seated. After we was seated the waitress never came by our table to take our orders or drinks. After about half an hour pass I had to ask the manager if she could at least give us water. After the water was served we continue to wait for the waitress to take our order. Another half hour pass and I had to pull a waitress over and asked her if anyone was going to take our order. She was shocked that no one came to our table. Literally took our order 2 hours have passed and we still haven’t gotten our food. We entered the restaurant around 6:30pm/6:45pm. And it was 8:50 when I gotten up and asked to speak to manager because our food never came to the table. Manager was nice and apologized for the entire experience and bill was in the house. By the time our food came to the table it was 9:13pm I asked to take it to go because at this point I wasn’t even hungry anymore. More of being upset because my 5yrs old daughter was waiting so patiently from when we walked in till we left. There shouldn’t be no reason for a child have to wait that long for food. They need a better system. Unfortunately I don’t see myself coming here again. And the only reason I wanted was because my daughter was craving to eat here so badly. If not I would have left the place as soon as they said it will be an hour wait. I have read reviews about how this restaurant serve the Hispanic and black people here and I didn’t want to believe it but after that experience I would want to believe so.
Restaurant was clean, service was poor. We arrived at a time that was not overly busy. It was well staffed. Drinks came quick, then we sat and waited….and waited and waited more. We had our son with us who ordered spaghetti and meatballs. His meal came last and was cold. All of our food was cold and undercooked. They comped us 10$ but we won’t return.
Just good food and relaxing atmosphere.
I’m really bummed. When I saw there was a Bertucci’s near my hotel, I knew what was for dinner. I ordered a small pizza and an $18 chopped Italian salad to go. I planned to have 1/2 of each for dinner and the rest for lunch tomorrow. When I got back to my hotel, I realized that they had not added any salad dressing and did not include any on the side. So I had a giant, dry salad with no dressing. Why bother?! I took a few bites and tossed the rest. What a waste! And I had even added a $4 tip to the order. $22+ out the window.
Well my opinion diner chicken parmigiana tastes better. You can tell by the picture that the chicken was slightly burnt around the edges and the meal was lacking an spices
It was the only option near by so we went for dinner. It was expensive for a chain pizza place but it was good. There were many options on the menu. Not many vegetarian options other then the usual, plain or vegetable pizza. Most meals other then salads were meat dishes. A good choice if you like pizza.
pizza cooked to perfection-farmhouse salad fabulous-more than enough for 2!
Ordered lasagna when served it was refrigerator cold, paid the bar bill and left hungry never to return
It was definitely an off night at our local Bertucci’s. While the food was delicious as always and our server was very friendly, there were a couple of miscues that had a negative impact on the meal. I had ordered a salad as part of my meal, but I didn’t receive it until I brought it to the server’s attention when my entree was delivered and asked her to pack the salad in a to go box instead. The other larger issue was the fact that my lasagna, despite having been in the brick oven, was lukewarm at best in the center and had to be sent back to be reheated. My partner asked that his meal be kept warm until mine was properly heated. I understand the mistakes can happen, but the biggest disappointment was the reaction of the line cook who had quite an attitude when told that my lasagna was lukewarm and that it had to be reheated. After placing my lasagna back in the brick oven, he practically threw the bowl that it was in on the counter and nearly broke the bowl. When my meal was delivered at the proper temperature, it was delicious. I understand that many restaurants are shortstaffed at the moment, and I don’t want anyone to lose their job over an off night, but tonight’s experience was less than ideal. I’m confident that this was an anomaly and that my next visit will be better.
