Courteous staff, fast service and clean environment.
We unexpectedly went here after another restaurant had a long wait and we were very pleasantly surprised. No wait here for lunch on a Monday. Unfortunately their vegan options were limited but I was very pleased with the (forget the name, sorry) vegan ramen noodle option I chose! The broth was savory, perfectly salty, and delicious I drank the last drop! Our bowls were empty at the end of the meal. My partner got the pork noodle bowl and was very happy with his meal, a flavorful and unique pork broth and perfectly cooked pork.
Great unassuming place with amazing food! We shared the poke bomb as an appetizer and had Ramen and the noodle trio. Everything was very tasty. We'll definitely be back! The only suggestion we could offer is to have more vegetarian and fish/seafood only option. Mixing pork and seafood really limits choices for pescatarians.
Lovely little bar with creative food and drinks and an outdoor patio. We ordered and split several dishes, and everything was wonderful. The y shishu was a highlight, as were the soup dumplings and the tonkatsu. The cocktail menu had a lot of fun options that I haven’t seen elsewhere; it was so hard to decide what to get. Our waiter was super sweet as well. Can’t wait to come back!
everything about this place was amazing....service was great the food was so so good. well be going back soon!
Amazing dumplings. Food was fantastic
Noodles were pretty amazing! I was surprised at the quality and quantity of food.I'm not sure it they did this on purpose but the food was lukewarm and ready to eat, no need to blow on the noodles to cool them down to start chowing down.Wait staff was pretty nice too, very friendly and welcoming environment. It was definitely nice making my first meal in Providence from this place.Overall great food and great service!
Not impressed. There are hints and odes to Japanese culture left and right, however, after multiple visits it fails to capture that spirit. The Ramen is OK at best, and the rest of the cuisine is not as memorable. Almost got the vibes of a Japanese/Western fusion restaurant, and that is only a detriment. The food is mediocre, and the service is abysmal, there's potential there but they fall flat. Hope you don't have the experiences I had. Good luck.
Finally got to visit yesterday and lemme tell you it was soooo worth the wait. We ordered quite a few things (not all pictured) and each item gave my mouth a flavor blast in its own unique way haha. The cotton candy pork belly was to die for, marble dumplings were delicious, looved the dan dan noodles, and the bao trio was excellent. The service was fantastic despite them being busy. I cannot wait to come back
By far one of the greatest experiences I've had in a ramen shop. The food was exquisite, but the true hit of the meal were the drinks. Bartender/wait staff were phenomenal, service was great. Best margarita I've had in ages. Kudos to all of the staff!!
