I have ordered from Wings Over twice. First time there were no issues. Second time the service was terrible and staff was very rude on the phone. We called to revise the order, we were charged twice for our food. When we asked if the first order was canceled we were told “yep it’s Allset” well it’s two weeks later and it’s not Allset! Still have not received a refund and keep getting no answers. If I could give zero stars I would. This is bad business. I will NEVER order from this business again.
On Sunday, July 3, 2022 at approximately 10:30 pm, an order was placed for delivery via phone call to store. Placed order and was told it would be a 45 minutes - an hour until delivery. My card was charged for the order of $65.29 and the order was never delivered to the hospital. My phone number was provided and no one called. We attempted to call the store and had no answer. Food was never delivered.
The restaurant is not clean. The floor is so dirty it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Wings are on the smaller side and expensive. Nine wings were just under $16. Even though it's very close to my house I won't be ordering again.
I do really like this place and they make a killer buttermilk ranch. The service can be spotty and the place itself feels a little run down. However, 4 stars for good food!
It’s impressive how slow this place is. I’m glad other wing stops haven’t given me this issue otherwise I’d never eat here. This location is never ever ever on time. Don’t order if you’re hungry
I made an order in advanced for 6:30pm pick up a day in advanced. I called the morning off to change the pick up time to 5:30pm due to the weather. I was told that it was changed and everything will be ready for pick up. When I got to there to pick up my order at 5:30, they couldn’t even find the details of my order… no apologies, no intent to make it better… NOTHING. I will never order from this place again.
I never reviewed a place one star but my experience with this restaurant is the second time I wait more than two hours for my food delivery and after waiting patiently I never even received my food first time was cash so I didn’t really loose money just a whole day with no food but this time they never answered the phone and after 2.5 hrs I had to go to work on a empty stomach with -$40 less on my card and they send me a text 3 hrs and 30 min later after I ordered the food that the food was delivered when I came back home as expected the food is not even there ?????? sucks I can only afford one meal a day and can’t even get that.
The dry rub garlic parm and Cajun wings were awesome..super crispy fried just right not salty...worth the trip I used to love the bbq ribs. I wish they would bring them back
Idk what happened. It’s not the servers or the place the bugs me, it’s the prices. I’m sure it’s due to the current situation and I do feel bad but they need to drop these prices massively for the stuff they are selling. No way in hell is it worth it right now.
Not sure what happened to this place (besides inflation) but whatever did happen it wasn't good. Prices not only went up, they skyrocketed! Service is insanely slow. I don't get it, because Wings Over was never like this. Fire the management and get back to good service or risk business folding.
