My boyfriend went through the drive thru for me and asked for a Spicy Nugget combo Large with a cokeand a spicy chicken sandwich with ONLY MAYO cause I'm deathly allergic to tomato. He brings it home and I have a regular 10 piece nugget, small fry, diet coke, and put tomato on my spicy sandwich. I would NOT recommend this Wendys at all.
Overall good and friendly service, however did forget the sourcream got the baked potato we got. Would have been a five if it wasn't for that.
We went at 11:50 to wendys. First the speaker said they were closed automatically. We drove away and decided to check the hours. It said they were open until 2, so we came back. Then when they answered they said they were only serving nuggets and fries. We conceded and ordered some of the two options. Upon driving away we ate some and they were disgustingly old. I understand being short staffed but the option to wait for fresh food should still be available. I had to wait for my nuggets and fries anyway, so what would it have mattered if they had to make a sandwich fresh? I don't mind waiting for food, but I do mind that they won't serve anything but old, cold, and soggy food two hours before closing.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. 4/23/2022 I would leave the time but they said they could not print my receipt somewhere around 7:30pm. To begin they could not hear me well at the drive through the gentleman taking the order clearly gave up as a woman took over. I placed the order and the cashier apologized for the inconvenience. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and another single sandwich but was not given a receipt this cost me 18 dollars which does not seem right. The lady at the window pushed my bag to me with attitude. I waited there since I was not given the second sandwich yet. She realized this and pushed that sandwich at me also. I was not given a straw or the extra sauce I requested. One of the sandwich’s was wrong leaving me to go inside. I asked for my receipt as I felt I was not charged correctly and they said they could not print it again. The workers at this place had some of the worst attitudes I have experienced in a while. Incredibly unprofessional as if I was a bother. I frequent this location but will not be returning.
They mess up the baconator every single time charge you full price and there's only 1 patty instead of 2
Everytime i go at 10pm or later they always have no food to serve. If the business is open till 2am, why is it a drink only restaurant past 10pm. I went there last night and they told me they are only serving fries and nuggets. Even when they do have food they make either make it wrong or forget something. They are always slow as well, this is by far the WORST wendys i have been to.
I go in Wendy's to pick up an order I waited until it said it was ready........to walk into a bunch of workers giggling and laughing.... Not busy at all when I told them I'm here to pick up my order and they all just stopped and looked at each other and laughed and said oh the machine never got turned on like we playing a game this is my Job I do not get paid by the hour now I had to refuse this Job because the workers don't know how to do their JOB why have the grub hub door dash at all????????
Food was hot service was great no complaints...:)
Worst Wendy's within a 5 mile radius, consistently in over a year now in my opinion. No one cares and very, very poor management.
Miserable and rude employees at the drive thru Didn't get a straw with my soda when I waited for her to return to the window and asked for it she seemed utterly annoyed
