all the employees are too slow waited 20 mins for my food, no ice in the soda machine and the soda was flat, and these people want 15 an hour, what a trashy place this is, won't be back at this Wendy's EVER!!!
Several issues, never resolved. I've tried to get resolution without getting angry but now I'm forced to leave a review. Most recent issue was a spicy jalapeno sandwich WITHOUT jalapenos. Same day the fries were not even lukewarm, just cold! Hot and fresh GUARANTEE with those fries .. Yeah, okay. And over salted, I'm a fan of salt but it literally made my lips prune up for about an hour from the amount of salt, after only 3 fries. Didn't get receipt. Tried to call them more than 5x just to simply make them aware of the issue, and no one answered. I called 2x the next day. Emailed customer service and they said a manger would contact me. Week later, no response. Contacted customer service again and they sent a new case. Was promised coupons from another magnet for the issue and it's over a week later, still no coupons. Issue absolutely unresolved. Simple issue but lack of response and the fact it was a "Guarantee" fries would be hot and fresh is unacceptable. Let's also not forget about the issue with the chicken sandwich.

Extremely rude staff. Yelled at by I beleave the manager for not haveing a mask on. Simply asking to me to put one on would have been fine. No need to be nasty lady.
The one I gone too is the best ..the way the workers talk it the top ..it makes you want to come back over and over and the food is on time and warm so yes .. no other is better .
Fast and quick service. I was pleasantly surprised. What we appreciated was that the burger and fries were in separate bags. Kudo!
Never rally had an issue here. Nothing to complain about they're always busy during primetime hours but the wait never been long. A decent time for a line like that but nothing to crazy!
My chicken ? sandwich was the size of a chicken ? slider ! ...You can do better Wendy's! ..especially with these chicken Sammy wars
