Worst service I have ever had and I went though drive thru first they huffed when I asked to make my order for just a burger to a biggie bag then when I got my food I asked for an extra bag of crisps the girl handed them to me and said we're running out so you know.. umm ok I paid $8 for a salad I asked for 1 extra bag customer is always right no knife wrong dressing no straw. I will not be going back to this location
I ordered baconator fries, Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger & a baconator around 2/5/22 1:24am. When I got it delivered by Uber eats I took a bite and noticed it was raw completely disgusted at this Wendy’s smh all the person said on the phone was I can get a free one like umm ???? I’ve given up.They can’t or won’t get an order right. My son won’t eat anything but plain cheeseburger. My husband goes through drive thru, orders 3plain baconator meals. Every one is lettuce, tomato, Mayo,pickles. NO BACON.RIDICULOUS. NOT THE FIRST TIME! STARTING NOW THE LAST.i would have ordered from the dollar menu. The bill was near$40 It’s a new year. I won’t go back anymore. Too bad.
Not too much is expected getting fast food through the drive thru but for some reason unknown to me, but I did notice while checking out the employee at that window said nothing… no greeting, no total price given… not one word. I couldn’t help but think he would be better suited preparing the food than dealing with the public.
The worst soda I have ever had!!! EVERY time I go there the soda tastes like metal. Fix the carbon and syrup system. Do something. Stop telling people “ Oh. It’s probably the filter??!!”
Food was nice and hot, french fries freshly made. I usually don't eat fast food, but I had to stop somewhere before I got on the highway and I'm very glad I stopped here.
I went in because drive thru was a very long line ,,but it was just as long as a wait ,,I asked for sweet and sour and barbecue for nuggets only got sweet and sour
Ordered three junior hamburgers and received three junior cheeseburgers at the drive through. If they used the screen that tells you what you ordered maybe they would have gotten it right.Lactose intolerance so had to throw them away when I got home.Next time it’s Burger King.Useless Wendy’s
Inadequate, that's being polite.Everyone has a bad day.But if you don't like your job try n work where your not seen. The gum snapping and attitude can go in the back w your unpleasant demeanor as well. I k ow it's Wendy's but, have some pride in what you do. I'd your getting paid for it show a sense of decorum, even pretend I'd, you must.No wants to feel. Like your doing them a favor. When you just trying to grab a quick lunch. It doesn't hurt to smile. Went to order a frosty inside since the drive thru was around the building. Manager told me to order at the kiosk. Yes, kiosk ordering is easy, but takes cards only. I only had cash. Went back to the counter and was told to go to drive thru since they didn't have a drawer open at the front counter. Not a good experience.
