Great drinks as always, but had to sub for pudding because they were out of tapioca pearls sadly. Would still recommend
Brown Sugar Boba with extra pearls.??? I hate this mall but I will brave the crazy and hectic space just to get my fix. It’s worth the price & torture. ?????
Very rude employee, closed 25 mins early; kept open sign, confusing consecutive customers trying to order (all ended up leaving disappointed).

First time trying Bubble/Boba tea. I personally did not like the black tapioca balls in my drink. I found them bitter. However the place was clean and the staff were very friendly and patient with first time questions. So if you do like Boba or would like to try it I’d recommend this place for it.
Great bubble tea, with a lot of different options. I've had Vivi's from other locations in the area, and they've all been very good.

Hard to find if you're from out of town. Really good boba and special fruit tea. You have to use the elevator next to CVS on the ground level. If you're coming from the Omni hotel side, you can use the bridge. Then go all the way around the cinema to the entrance of the shopping mall
Says they open at 11am. Drove 20 minutes just for them to say they open late and the girl was not pleasant at all. Completely ignored me after telling me they’re closed.
