Where else are you going to get pizza at 3:30 AM on a Wednesday morning? Absolutely nasty. Unfermented dough that sits like a brick in your stomach. Amateur hour pizza with the cheapest ingredients. Frozen grocery store pizza is higher quality. Dough was barely leavened. Avoid unless you're drunk and desperate after hours. We picked it up, so the pizza was hot. No excuse. It's all profits for them as they sling low grade dog food.
I absolutely love the food at Vasilios but unfortunately they NEVER get orders right. Even thought I ordered at 2am I immediately addressed the issue and was promised a call back that same day at 10:30am. After no call and three days worth of repeated attempts to contact Vasilios I finally spoke to the owner and was offered 10% off my NEXT order. Thanks but no thanks, they've lost a loyal customer and A LOT of business.
I want to thank the owners of Vasilios Pizza for their service and taking care of my daughter in her time of need! My daughter transferred fro Johnson and Wales University Miami to the Providence campus. She was distraught the morning of her flight to the airport when she was unable to find ride to the airport. For reasons God only knows, she ended up in your restaurant. She was distraught over finding a ride. Someone in your store was felt bad for her and they took her to the airport. I was blown away from the kindness from complete strangers! To me that signifies a wonderful caring family that would go above and beyond the norm for a stranger! My wife and I live in Colorado and we are so thankful and want to personally thank you someday for watching out our daughter!We hope people will take the time to eat at your restaurant knowing you all are wonderful people with a strong sense of family!Thank you again!
I been a costumer for few years now, but lately my pizza either comes late or is cold. I placed an order for large Hawaiian pizza and after 1hour 47 minutes I had to call three times to ask for ETA. On my last call I asked them to canceled my order. The person on the phone apologized and said to keep the pizza the would refund my money back. I told him I no longer wanted the pizza since I knew it would arrived cold. I was told not to worry the I would not be charged and 2 days later I saw a charge on my debit card. I called but the manager wasn't in I was told he would reach out but never did. I see having a loyal customer means nothing to this business.
Awful service! They messed up 3 things on our order and then refused to replace their mistakes. The food we did get was cold. When i called to get my correct order, they told me I'd have to call back in 2 days and they can't do anything about it. Then hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Rude and didn't even apologize for their mistakes. And of course they didn't give me a copy of my receipt.
Worst experience we have ever had with a restaurant. First the pizza the cheese was on the box not the pizza. Unfortunately we were not told not to eat it and my son and husband were very hungry and couldn’t wait for the replacement so we ate the good parts of the pizza. After we found out that we were not supposed to eat the pizza we offered to pay for it because we realized our mistake but no the manager was not ok with that so unfortunately we will not be ordering from this restaurant again. We were loyal customers but I will be taking my business somewhere else.
I believe the food is overpriced and it’s not very good quality food, the pictures on the menu are emaculate like other restaurants, but I ordered a fish and chips meal and the fish was soggy and sloppy it wasn’t crispy at all it was actually bad I couldn’t eat it at all. I didn’t call to complain, I’m just taking my business elsewhere. Good luck future costumers.
These guys are never consistent. I constantly tell them to make my pizza well done otherwise its mushy on the bottom,, I ask them to make my wings well done otherwise they taste like boiled wings with sauce on them all slimey!.. I ask for pricing and they never give with accuracy! It's always one thing one day something else the next. I tried to order the meal deal for large one topping pizza, wings and two liter soda she tells me $31+ I asked for break down she couldn't give me one. Instead she insisted that choosing pepperoni on only half the pizza made the pepperoni a second topping! Are you kidding me! They don't like their business.
Finally found a new spot to order after working 12 hoursWiseguys Pizza and Deli saved the day for all of us. We now have switched to Wiseguys for FASTER service, much better and hotter food.
