As someone who used to visit here frequently, i could tell immediately when i visited this time that things were going downhill. The place was so dirty from the sticky tables to the hair in the bathroom sink and the overall given-up feel i got from the servers. The servers were too busy talking to care to take our order or tend to their tables. Disappointed.
I wasn't impressed with our service at Uno Pizzeria. We came for a quick drink at the bar after shopping at the mall. When we first sat down the bartender didn't acknowledge us for a few minutes, after walking past us a few times. It wasn't too busy,quite empty actually. Our drinks were empty for a good bit of time before we were able to get her attention for another. We eventually ordered a individual pizza, pepperoni. It was not the best tasting pizza I've had but definitely not the worst. Overall, I don't think I would go back.
First time at the Providence location. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious. The Egg Decorating Event was great for my son.
Food and service was good. However, handicap elevator was not working. Made it difficult to get into the restaurant. Had to go outside and use street entrance.
Food was fresh but not very tasty. My Bianco pizza had globs of ricotta. My second visit and didn't enjoy either very much. I've had better pizza for less.

Cookie dough used for the pizza. I have never written a review and don't complain hardly ever. But this was a combination of low grade service. The bartender didn't give me back all my change, I was embarrassed to say anything. Also, that was the crummiest pizza I have eaten in my entire life. Seriously crummy, not edible. They should be ashamed. I think a kindergartner cooked it with cookie dough, because the lowest quality pizza dough tastes better than that.
Went to Unos for lunch and it was amazing! The cheddar broccoli soup was amazing! And their shrimp scampi was well seasoned and beautifully served. Come check them out!! Very good quality & great prices!!
Very good pizza and pasta dishes. Was a very enjoyable meal and nice atmosphere
