Love troop great food great service ! Def go for brunch
I have special food needs. Our server was able to answer my question about ingredients and I was able to find TWO dishes I could eat (so I had a choice! not always the case). Our server was polite, friendly and helpful without being overly familiar or intrusive.
Really great food, creative, fresh and tasty. Atmosphere was also creative and filled with art.
It was a wonderful experience. They were able to accommodate us and adjust our outdoor seating reservation to indoor seating when it started to rain. The service was great and the drinks were delicious. I recommend, the Mexican chicken skewer, pork belly sandwich and the peach and burrata salad! We will definitely be back.
Always a favorite. Love the food and friendly staff. My only advice is to avoid the metal mesh seats outside, especially if you wear leggings or tights. Everything on the menu is amazing.
Amazing service, food, and vibe as usual. We went for brunch, around 1:45 is a perfect time to go because the brunch rush has slowed down a bit by that time. I had the blm cocktail and we both had the fried chicken sandwich. The fried chicken sandwich can be made gluten free, and was absolutely amazing! They also have great art/decor and hip hop music playing. One of my favorite spots and I would recommend to anyone.
The parking situation is great. The vibe is cool. We most liked the pakora appetizer and the amazing chicken on the bruleed peach and burrata salad. The drinks were pretty good. We spent almost $300 (including tip) for 5 people and 6 drinks. I'd like to come back to eat at the bar and to try out brunch.
The food was pretty good here. Very well seasoned and is reasonably healthy. Some minor points for improvements.1) I was hoping the street noodle dish had a bit more noodle. Granted there were a lot of healthy veggies in it, I feel the noodle was insufficient for a "street noodle" dish2) We put in some drinks orders which never made it to us, and since we had plans, we just asked them to cancel. The waiter was nice, but definitely would have been better to get what we ordered in a timely fashion.3) I personally feel the music was way too loud. I get that it is a bar as well as a dining venue, but I struggled to talk to my friends without yelling here. So a light decrease in volume would be appreciated.
Iâm a major fan of this restaurant. Not only were they able to accommodate a later than normal change to our dining reservation, but they were more than happy to move us inside in the event that it rained⦠and it was drizzling! The food was delicious, the cocktails were well made and affordable, and the service was excellent. Five stars, Troop.
Everything and I mean everything was on point!! All the servers, not just one, wait on you to ensure your experience is like none other. The food was amazing the vibe was soo 90s, I loved it!!! Btw I had brunch and the key lime French toast, chorizo gravy and homies, that chicken sandwich was finger lickin' good!!!! I already made reservations to go back. Yall gotta go and experience it for yourself!!
