The food was fine, drinks were overpriced but the service was terrible. There was no one at the host station, most of the servers were on their phones. It took so long for someone to come to our table that we almost left, and the food took nearly half an hour despite us being the only people dining in, and the steak wasn't cooked right.The place was almost empty even on a Friday night, and half the TV's were off. I'd definitely recommend ordering ahead for take out, or go anywhere else to dine in.
One of the absolute worst staffs I have ever seen in a restaurant. Unresponsive, inept and completely disorganized. WOW! Above and beyond bad. Would love to say the food was good but I left after a 35 minute wait for the soup with no updates or interaction whatsoever. Completely clueless.
I arrived around 5:30 pm on a Sunday. There was just 1 couple there. I ordered fish snd chips and a pickle. The cod was excellent - moist and flaky. The pickle was sprinkled with hot pepper. Both were excellent.
A limited menu, but the burger and fries were good. The waiter didn't know what a wheat (or white) beer was and offered Stella as similar.
Such a beautiful, classy establishment. And the food was amazing. But the best part of our night was getting to meet the bartender, her name is Kayla. When I tell you she puts the class in classy, that's an understatement. This young lady was so attentive and professional, I just had to write this review praising her, and the Vig for hiring her. Great customer service the food is not that great but is bar food so understandable drink prices are a bit high I had a draft beer and a margarita with a Patron shot and paid $36 for those 2 drinks alone it's convenient that is in the hotel building
Brenton is calm, cool, and collective. Made our 40+ party feel attended to and taken care of. Good energy and wonderful service. Thank you for making our friends engagement party so fun and smooth!!
Had some apps and some drink before a concert. Apps were pretty good. The waitress was really nice.The bartender took forever to make two drinks. Though he didn't seem all that busy.
