Got juice from the bar the bar tender is awesome, what’s not awesome is the pieces of garbage or staff security who violently attacked guests invited by the group to go on stage, they legit threw a young man while he was already getting off stage. Over 500 people here saw a live assault. I will absolutely be a witness to the man who was injured if he needs help as he was injured seriously

Strand always brings back great memories and fun and continues to deliver that great experience!

really nice venue. clean, easy to see where ever you're standing. sound wasn't the greatest but still very enjoyable. easy parking at the Biltmore parking garage right next door. walking distance to the Providence place mall.

Went to see Get the LED Out, a Led Zeppelin Tribute Band. Nice small Venue with really no bad seats due to the cozy size. Located in Downtown Providence at 79 Washington Street. The Venue has a Main Level and a smaller Balcony Level upstairs. The show started at 8:30 PM, and their doors opened at 7:30 PM. Getting in was quick and orderly, and all the Bar Staff and Security were cool and friendly. We sat on the Main Level in the last Row of Seats before the Standing Room Only Area. The Stage wasn't all that far from where we were seating even though we were in the very last row of seating, so we could see everyone in the Band clearly. The sound was good and we enjoyed the experience. The Venue had several Bars along all sides and a couple towards the Backside, so there was practically no wait to get your drinks, and they served drinks all night, which was much appreciated. The only consideration is finding parking, as the Venue itself doesn't offer any. However, there are plenty of available parking lots in the area of downtown Providence. These Lots generally charge $20.00 during Events like last night Probably a good idea to get there a little early, close to when they open their doors to find parking close by. Being located right in Downtown Providence also has advantages for any plans you may have for after the shows, with several Bars and Restaurants all within a very short walking distance of the Strand. Providence is a great little City that is easy to navigate, just minutes from Route 95, filled with excellent Restaurants and fun Bars. Overall, the Strand is a great Venue to see shows and also get a feel for the great City of Providence. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing show the other night with Beartooth. So happy to see them live! Finally knocked that off my bucket list. Will be back for more shows.

Absolutely abysmal venue. Good size space but charges $4 for a bottle of water with no free tap - this is not only dangerous and neglectful but illegal. Overpriced, poorly made drinks and disrespectful, slow security.

Pretty cool venue, there wasn’t too many people that came to electric Ireland but I still shuffled my butt off. The only major offs I saw were that the drinks including water were very expensive which I expected and the event promoter stated that there would be free parking when indeed there was not. I spent about $17 at the Biltmore garage which I didn’t think I needed to after paying money for the event and seeing free parking written on there invitation. Bathrooms were pretty rough in the back but there was no light so I wasn’t sure if that was them trying to block it off.

Where Lupo's used to be...so Rhode Island. The Strand ROCKS! A great place to see a show. The sound in this room is perfection. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean, bars are quick and there's always a good view of the artists performing.

Fun ...people are awesome, concert goer's , work staff

3 stars for the friendly bar staff! The two ladies at the front bottoms' show at the bar on the second floor were super nice. However, this place says it has 9 bars online? Only 1 bar was accessible to folks in the mezzanine seats. There are 2 bathrooms with 1 being out of order so there was only 1 accessible bathroom for everyone.
