Great dinning room, bar and live music
We visited The George after the Van Gogh exhibit at the Convention Center on Sunday afternoon. We had a reservation, but since no one was there, we decided to keep Lily company at the bar, and she was awesome. We had a couple of cocktails each, shared the Thai Chili Calamari, which was excellent, and then a Cesar salad, and the Short Rib sandwich. Everything was great, Lili was delightful. We will go back again for sure!

Good food good service beautiful restaurant
The food was outstanding especially the banana cream pie for dessert. Only issue was that the noise level was extremely high and we had a hard time hearing each other. Would go back during the week.
Visited on 6/15/22. Food and service was excellent, and definitely one of the best establishments I have visited. I had 2 great beverages, a George Washington and a John Adams, both unique and very good. Ordered the stuffed mushrooms to start, and scallops for dinner. Both were equally impressive, and the portions surprisingly large. Overall, we will be going back, and if you are looking for a great place to dine with an old world atmosphere you will not go wrong coming here.
