One of the baristas touched the inside of our cup with her bare hands, our cups dropped on the ground instead of getting us new cups they just used the same ones… that were just on the ground. While replacing the tea they placed the container on the ground then while lifting it they touched the bottom then went right back to making drinks. I didn’t see anyone wash their hands while I was there either. Just overall disappointed. There’s better boba places on Thayer don’t waste your time here
I had the best brown sugar milk tea from Ten One. Usually I'm more of a coffee person but Starbucks was closed. Found myself pleasantly surprised by how good this was considering my experience with other tea places hasn't been the best. Will definitely try the jasmine milk tea next time.
Great service and good tasting boba. The staff are very friendly. I really like the Thai milk tea. I really want to try the brown sugar milk tea, but unfortunately they have been sold out of it all 4 times I have visited.
i absolutely love this place!! my favorite place to get boba and study :) the staff are always the sweetest + most accommodating whenever i go to visit. even though it gets busy at times, the staff are friendly and eager to answer any questions about their menu. they also have a convenient kiosk to order from and are available on so many delivery apps like snackpass, uber eats, and grubhub. i think this is honestly the perfect tea shop for busy college students at brown.my favorite drink is the jasmine green tea, but i haven’t tried anything i didn’t love! all the drinks are so high quality and SO pretty. 5/5 and i’ll be back again!
Great bubble tea! The one I ordered tasted a little weird but the girl at the counter switched me another one. She was super nice and the one she recommended was great. I really appreciate it!
Place is pretty disorganized given the amount of bubble tea spots on Thayer. We came here to get drinks and realized we’d have to wait about 15min once we ordered. They also informed us that they ran out of an ingredient after we paid extra for it. Once we got it, the drinks weren’t the best. There’s a bunch of spots around so just keep that in mind, maybe they were having a bad day.
This is a lovely tea house with a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere; I’m a broke college student but the drinks and simple aesthetic Ten One offers are absolutely worth the price. They offer a variety of interesting flavors and boba styles. My favorite is the Butterfly Blue Boba. It’s a great place to grab a drink, sit down, and study.Staff are friendly, personable, and genuine; customer service is truly top notch! Shout-out to Sean! I stopped by around 9:30 PM to grab a drink, only find the ordering kiosk system temporarily down. Despite the malfunction, Sean was patient, responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and received a freshly made drink.
Overpriced. Undercooked brown sugar boba. Regular Milk is extra in a milk tea? Ran out of non dairy creamer so you are forced to pay extra.
I go there after school sometimes and i love it, i have had nothing but great experiences there, sometimes they're out of boba but i understand that its because they make it with real ingredients, the staff are very friendly and polite and the tea is great, altho i do tend to get less sugar as i find that sometimes the sweetness distracts a bit from the taste 10/10 would recommend
I went to providence last month,My friend recommended me this place,good drinks,I can see they used real ingredients (not powder)for their bubble tea,also yuton taking care of me and my girlfriend,she was patient to introduce whole menu .
