Always a nightmare. Always a mess, Always out of something like cups, coffee, soy, etc...Today my options were to wait in a line out the door for a refund or take grande drinks instead of the ventis I ordered and paid for.
I frequent this Starbucks when I’m in the area and anytime Marcus is working I don’t want to go to any other. He is an amazing asset to Starbucks and this Starbucks specifically. I am also a Starbucks employee and am blown away at how exceptional he is at creating customer connections and able to recommend alternatives when something is out of stock. Honestly if I had my tips on me I would’ve gave him every dollar I had bc amazing employees like that are hard to come by.Thank you Marcus for continuing to be that smiling face, even behind a mask, and being able to brighten mine and I’m sure many others say!
Great and friendly service
I remnenber hating this location previously but I just stopped by today simply because my Wi-Fi died and they have these great little leather couches around which I love at a cafe. They make it really comfortable inside and the people who worked there today were great
Same as any Starbucks really. Strong and expensive coffee with a pleasant atmosphere.
I just came through a little while ago, gotta be honest I had no idea what to pick, the staff was super friendly and gave an awesome recommendation, like seriously my favorite drink from Starbucks now,
The coffee is great but the line is terrible they should consider making a second line to order or mobile order window pick up
So slow! It’s a bit ridiculous. They’re not understaffed, and the rate of customers ordering/entering the store isn’t that absurd to warrant a 35 minute wait for a single drink.
If you can make it past the line that wraps around half of providence, then you will get the best customer service and a perfect order.
Love starbucks, but this location is slow. Give them at least 10 extra minutes to make your order or go to another location.
