You employees are harassing people on the sidewalk in front of this location for their political views. Your employees have no right to do that. Starbucks have all different kinds of customers. Your employees chose a political side and decided to harass, while they were on duty and in a Starbucks uniform, someone legally standing on a public sidewalk. That employee should be disciplined. Starbucks should welcome everyone, regardless of their political views.
I simply can't stand the coffee at Starbucks. I have to pour out a 1/4 of it to add milk in a not so clean area and then it's luke warm strong acidic coffee. Just my opinion. And of course the people are nice here. It's all about the coffee for me.

Worst place to go, inhumane and disrespectful service. My friend and I ordered a coffee with our three kids under 6 years old, we were trying to warm up for 15 minutes as the weather was 4 Fahrenheit. Staff asked us to leave, what kind of humans work there?

Every barista here is super sweet and very capable, especially given that they are dealing with the constant rush of Brown students, tourists on Thayer, and folks getting off at the bus stop right outside. You can usually find a table of some type of you want to sit and there's usually not too much of a wait. Best vegan option is probably soy milk since, as with most Starbucks, they are always out of Oat Milk (no hate to them! Just a warning to my vegan peeps). A great place to hang out for a while, people watch, and take in the scene on the hill. Mobile order is always quick here, too, and the chalkboard art is usually iconic.
Starbuck App doesn't line up with their inventory! The app won't let you order half the stuff in this store because it thinks they are out of it. For the last 3 months, the app has said they are out of basic coffee drinks that EVERY Starbucks should have stocked.
Love this Starbucks just wish they were still open till 12:30am like they were before the pandemic
The restrooms are clean and sanitize for public. The teas are from Teavana, which is my favorite tea company.
Sometimes they take long and they are short with you when you ask about your items. Sometimes they are sweet when you aren't asking them about where your items are. Most drinks are made well. Obviously expensive. Anything made with steamed milk is just a cup of foam. Lol delicious foam.
