Great service but the location is not accessible to people who cannot use stairs. There is an accessible path into the store but it is through the mech room of the Hilton or via a side door that is locked and requires an attendant to open.

The girl with the red braids is soooo rude. They are out of everything. Went in there two times. The first time I couldn’t even ask her a question without her snapping at me and acting like I was annoying her I was ordering. The second time my fiancé told her more than once what I wanted and got something different. I do not recommend going at all and it’s sad because it’s connected right to the hotel. Worth the walk to a different Starbucks.

Very good service ,friendly staff.overallnice place.

Great coffee, great vibes if inside dinning perfect location.

Always a great experience.

As a fellow Starbucks barista I have to say that I was dissappointed in the service I received at this store. The two girls working there were not very nice or warm. Also note that this store is one of the chain stores, Starbucks partners can't use their discounts here.

They give me the wrong food, I had asked for a spinach croissant!! I really wanted but instead they give me some kind flat bread with egg and spinach.. I was already in the highway ......it was too late to drive back and return it.

Great coffee, friendly batista, fast service

I was there on a busy weekend where the convention center was hosting an all star cheer competition. On Saturday we arrived at 9:00am and the line was right back to the entrance. We waited in line for 30 minutes and then another 15 for drinks & food once we ordered. Everything tasted good, but they really needed to have more staff on hand. Sunday we got there at 8:30 am. We needed to be in the convention center for 9:15. The line was again to the entrance. We waited 15 minutes at which point we were up close enough to the food case to see that it was totally empty except for 3 bagels. At this point we could over hear some chatter from customers in front of us as they were talking with staff and it appeared that the ice machine was not working and they were totally out of food. We ended up leaving and found breakfast and coffee in the convention center. I'm sure there is something going on at the convention center most weekend but it really wouldn't hurt to hire more staff for the busy weekend. We watched a lot of people walk out on Sunday. When you're the only place to get coffee you really need to step it up!
