I got to hand it to sophia's cafe. They killed it with this chopped cheese sandwich. These guys smothered that beef with that cheddar to prefection. That lettuce, onions and juicy tomatoes added a beautiful blast of flavor that had me doing a happy dance with every bit. I can't forget to mention that amazing pressed bread that had a beautiful soft inside yet a lovely crunch on the out. If you are looking for a great sandwich look no further then Sofia's cafe they got some of the best in the state and definitely a place you don't wanna miss.
The chopped cheese sandwich is SO GOOD!!!!! Staff is super friendly and food is always fresh and delicious.
Went here tonight for the first time even though I live right down the road. The food was awesome! I got the chopped cheese sandwich, steak and cheese and a couple chicken and cheese empanadas. The sandwiches both tasted great but I like the chopped cheese most for sure and the empanadas are awesome too. Also the guy who helped me out was super cool, I think he’s owner. It’s nice seeing people who take pride in their product like he did. Will definitely be going back!
Hands down best empanadas I have ever had!! The flavor was so good and definitely all fresh ingredients!! Extremely friendly staff! Will be back soon to try the sandwiches. So happy we found this place.
This is a hidden Gem in your neighborhood. The quality of the food taste like own grandmother's recipe. The service is personally catered to your experience. Absolute recommend to make this a new weekly routine.
Happy to find this hidden gem to satisfy a craving for empanadas.Which by the way were delicious.I can only eat so much so, I will be returning for The Cuban … very soon.
First time here, ordered the Cuban, Chopped cheese, strawberry pineapple shake, garlic Parmigian Wings and fries. While I waited I had the chicken and cheese empanada with the special Dippin sauce, ? I was in heaven. I've had my share of empanadas, this was juicy, not dry like all the others, it didn't even need sauce. We had a 20 minute ride home, it was still hot, my grandkids and daughter gave it a thumbs up! I suggest you try for yourself, everything was delicious and the hospitality was above and beyond! We will definitely be regulars.

French!!! Your vibe was intoxicating first and foremost but so was that Cuban!!! I spent most of today talking about how I was craving a real Cuban and how I watched multiple tik toks of folks making their version but not authentic. Let me tell you from the perfect buttery pressed crisp dense yet soft bread which is the backbone to the roast pork with love and flavor!! Nothing added to it but real solid cooking. Skills. Then the melty cheese and quality ham and yes I love me some yellow mustard offset by some Mayo (which I hate normally) and them crunchy sour pickles!!! You’d make Castro drool babe. Definitely the best Cuban sandwich that I have tried in a very long time!! This place had great reviews so I figured I would try it. I'm so glad I did! The next time I order, I will ask for extra pickles though. That's the only thing I would improve upon with this sandwich. And I think that's just preference. So if you're looking for a perfect cuban sandwich, I definitely recommend Sophia's!!
