People are really nice and warm. And you know the Shake Shack burgers are. Exactly it looks like.
This was my first time at the shack. I ordered Smoke Shack and added a Mushroom to it. I opened it and it was a chicken patty. No toppings. Who would order that? I doubt it was a mistake. I complained and they refused to change it. They must have done it intentionally. The Chicken was Crispy but I didn’t order that. Next time I will go to McDonalds
Pretty tasty fries, really enjoy the sauce. Prices are pretty standard, no big complaints. Shake tasted pretty standard and the burger tasted like a good burger you'd find at a bbq. Service could be slightly faster.
To be fair, the food and shakes were quite good BUT man, oh man, the prices and most of all, the service was HORRENDOUS! Ruined the experience but I guess this is the new normal with the shortage of working force where you can't be too picky.
Fries and shake are the only thing you can get done correctly here. Burgers are always underdone and super pink in the middle. When I haven't gone here in a while and then suddenly get it again. Reminds me all over again why I stopped going.
I had never been to a shake shack before, so I wanted to give it a try. I'd liken it to a Five Guy's with lower prices and better quality burgers and fries. The service was really slow, but that's to be expected when there is a big event going on at Brown. The food was well worth the wait.
I enjoy nothing more than visiting a place and leaving, thinking "I'll never go there again!" That was my experience at this location, the bacon and chicken were seriously undercooked, almost raw. The French fries were disgusting. The worst thing though, $3.49 for a large soda that they only fill 75 percent, and no refills. What an awful place.
Wow. I gotta say, never have I been to a place that consistently gives awful service. I have worked in customer service for 13 years. The way this night crew handles customers is astounding. Completely inattentive, straight up ignored us, and the last visit they were having a conversation with another coworker about some dumb, unrelated topic WHILST taking our order and kept interrupting us trying to place the order. Good shakes… really bad service at night at this place.
I am livid! I spent almost 80 Dollars on the place and i didnt get half of what i ordered! fries wasnt there , no ketchup no sauces! This is my FIRST and LAST! no one picked up the phone and i have no way of going there cause my break is already over. Ridiculous
The food would have tasted better if it wasn't cold when we got it. We did dine in and my name was never called so when I went to check on why my food was taking too long it was sitting on the counter getting cold. Not sure why they ask for a name if they aren't going to call it when your food is ready. I would say the food is okay but definitely wait at the counter to make sure you get your food as soon as it's done cooking. Nothing sucks more than spending over $30 for cold food.
