Email them twice as requested- never received a replyOrder never comes out right. Bowl today was half full, missing brussel sprouts and missing grapes and no extra spinach as I asked. Dressing container also half full. I asked for utensils and did not get them so cannot eat for lunch - tell them every time "no roll or butter:"but every day they waste it by giving it to me. I am done with this place. For close to $13 lunch it is not worth half thatTried to email them directly like they asked in my review response and got this:Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:[email protected] message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages
Salad was delicious! The only complaint I have is I ordered extra dressing for both salads for $1.49 each and only received one. Delivery was faster than estimated and the side rolls were still warm, which is surprising being 20 minutes away!
My co workers and I ordered a big order through door dash on Friday. First of the Driver was very rude. one of my co-workers ordered a panini The Panini was soggy and cold I personally ordered a grilled chicken salad the chicken was cold not grilled just in general the order was very disappointing that's not what we were expecting. and just a salad came out to $20 that's insane. It was not a great experience and we were all excited to try this place.

I love that you can create your own salad here and the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. I went around 7:30pm and the food was still really fresh! Thank you for the great experience!
I’ve been ordering food from Salad-works for a good amount of time already.The food is never a disappointment. The panini’s are delicious and the salads I mean are top tier. Definitely a great place to either order online or thru DoorDash, even to visit their location(s) as well.- Nico Mare
Fantastic salad and varied choices to build your own creation. In this day and age, there is no excuse for plastic everything for takeout (container, lid, utensils, bag). That part will keep me from coming back on a regular basis.
This place was absolutely disappointing. I can’t believe I even spent my money on this place. I was really excited to try due to other reviews. My sandwich was obviously thrown together, it was nasty. Can’t believe they serving this to people. Save your money, you’ll be doing yourself a favor by NOT trying this place.

Stopped here for the first time as a result of RI FOOD FIGHTS Veg Out RI. Great fast-casual vibe and plenty of salad toppings to choose from. The menu is clear and easy to understand despite the amount of toppings you can choose from (didn't count, but it's a lot). All the veggies are fresh, and the staff takes a lot of time and care for each customer.
