The service was great as usual we ordered the sirloin rare and It came out medium. We were so hungry we decided to eat. Our fault for not sending it back. Our server did come and check on it but we said it was fine. We will go back

The Ocean Risotto was fabulous. Our waiter Rez was friendly and attentive.

I’ve been several times and everything has been excellent. Prompt service and amazing food with a lot of variety. Try them out on a weekday, you won’t regret it.

The food is spectacular! Had a 3 course meal to myself and every part of it was fabulous! Out of everything, the tuna starter and salmon dish were so fabulous. I live in Seattle and have regular access to some of the best salmon, but I wanted to try this new-to-me Faroe Island catch, and it did not disappoint! The cauliflower purée wa so flavorful - probably the best I’ve had. It wasn’t like the other low carb options you choose at the expense of taste. But best of all is the service. From the phone call to make a reservation, to the front door when the owner, Ryan, remembered my name and walked me to whatever table gave me the right vibe, to my awesome servers, Michelle and Ricky, who were so helpful and patient to serve me while I was distracted on a computer, which is probably an eye sore for their whole aesthetic. It’s entirely understandable this place has such great ratings. Highly recommend!

OMG the food was absolutely amazing! The fig proscuitto ravioli with scallops was spectacular! The flavor combination was unlike anything I have ever eaten, sweet, savory, tart, rich. The texture of the ravioli, scallops with the pepita seeds was perfect. My husband got the butter soaked sirloin filet style. That means it came with the mashed potatoes and fried onions and asparagus. When i say the steak cut like butta, I mean it was succulent, tender and expertly cooked! My son had the ocean risotto. The risotto was sublime, scallops cooked perfectly. The addition of the fried plantains and crispy bread made this dish stunning. Somehow, we found room for dessert...we ordered the Carnival Row. Imagine a love child of all your carnival favorites...funnel cake, ice cream, caramel corn and cotton candy. Although this sounds really sweet, it was perfectly balanced with sweet, salty and amazing textures. We can't wait to go again and try the other dishes we wanted to get! Logan, our waiter, was super attentive and responsive to our every need. I can't believe we havent tried Res before tonight! Thank you for an amazing dining experience!

Food was delicious and timely. Were seated right away although they were crowded. Good wait staff. Will return.

We were celebrating a graduation along with most of the guests. The service, food and ambience were exceptional. We would highly recommend Res!!!
