We ate here last night, party of 6 after a school event. We work up the street and it was our first chance to try this restaurant. The restaurant was empty other than one party sitting in the area we were in. Our server seemed distracted and out of sorts. Our drinks were ok but nothing that impressed us. 3 of us had the Blue Birdie and the consensus was "it tastes like juice". 2 had beer and one had soda. We placed our order for food and got the sense that the server was not really listening. One person ordered a dinner salad with dressing on the side, one tots, one pulled pork and one turkey club with a side salad dressing on the side instead of fries. The pulled pork was dry. Tater tots were huge. The turkey club was good. The dinner salad came drowning in dressing. The club came with french fries and a dinner sized salad on the side drowning in dressing. Disappointing and avoidable. That salad was taken off the bill but not eaten. Not sure if the server just had an off night, was brand new and learning or ...? It is doubtful that we will give it another try overall it was a disappointing experience. It's a shame because it's welcoming and cozy inside and we work right up the street so it's convenient for a place to go after work.
service was very disorganized. for example, after everyone's food was brought out to the table we were told that one person's dinner was not made because it was unavailable. but someone should have told us earlier in the process so that the diner could have picked something else from the menu while we were all waiting for our food. drink orders from the bar had some issues too. it was a very strange experience. we were there at 7pm and the restaurant was practically empty so this disorganization was not due to a busy night.
We had a great little visit with our 2 young children. Very friendly service! The truffle tots to start were awesome! I enjoyed my spinach salad and French onion soup and my husband liked his burger. My Mojito was really good too. We didn't get to check out the Top Golf Suite, but it's right in the middle of the action of the restaurant which is cool! The only negative would be the pretzel bites - they were definitely stale. The mustard was yummy though!
Celebrating a birthday! Was SO much fun drinks and food were great & simulator was super fun!
The food was excellent and the drinks were very good as well as well with respect to quality but not quantity. My only complaint is that the drinks were on the "skimpy" side. The wines were a very short pour, the mixed drinks were both small measured shots in small glasses, and the beers were not full pours. It's too bad as the food was outstanding but the drinks were on the disappointing side.
Great atmosphere and food and friendly and helpful service! The golf simulator was a hit with the whole family. We’ll definitely be back!
Great service, delicious food, and food allergy friendly! My girlfriend and I went on a date night here for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. We were looking for a place that was a little more upscale for a special night out. The menu is a bit pricey, so keep that in mind, but the price is reflected in the food; I certainly felt like I got my money’s worth here. They don’t skimp on the portions. My girlfriend has a peanut allergy and we felt like they took that very seriously. We shared the brownie dessert and the chef personally delivered it to our table and let us know that there were no nuts in it and that they took every precaution to avoid any nut contamination. Our server Shannah was very friendly and helped me decide on a drink; I went with a sweet rosé.Overall I was very pleased with the atmosphere, the food, quick attentive service, care for food sensitivity, and that we felt safe and welcomed as a queer couple. Thank you Reiners, and thank you Shannah for making our night special.
This past week, I had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to chair a conference with 1500 participants. The Symposium committee, event planners, and I spent a year preparing. Sharing a drink at Reiner's afterward was the perfect way to wrap up the experience!
Great pub food! Awesome service!
The food was good as was the service, but the place was cold and needed serious renovation.
