Going to be direct about this: I have never been to the bakery itself. However! I buy their bagels at the providence farmers market every chance I get. I have tried most of their bagels and have enjoyed them every time. Their "poptarts" are also amazing (provided you have a sweet tooth).

Best bagels in Rhode Island by far. Friendly, hardworking staff who always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Never been happier to see a business reopen after they closed for a bit due to Covid impacts. Bagels are perfectly crisp on the outside with great chew on the inside. No where else compares at least in RI. Try their other desserts especially the pop tarts to be blown away on top of the bagels. Everything they make is great. If you need a good bagel, pastry or even coffee, Rebelle is a must stop

Went early on a Sunday. Ordered a toasted sesame bagel with chive cream cheese. The bagels are fresh, clearly well boiled and have a fantastic texture. Maybe more like a Montreal bagel than a classic nyc bagel (but I prefer the chewier Montreal bagel anyways). Would have appreciated a non-spicy veggie cream cheese. But overall, that is not even a complaint. They are fantastic. You must try one.

I had the best bagel I've ever had here. Highly recommend.

Owned by a downright selfish human. Will use any means necessary to get their way, even if it

I hope a better bagel shop that doesn’t put overcooked reheated egg pucks between rubber closed textured bread takes its place.

I LOVE this place and hope they reopen sometime in the not-too-distant future.

The 40 minute wait is the soul reason for my three star review. They were polite and accurate with my order. One suggestion would be that they offer to cook the bacon to the desired liking of the customer. It is a spunky environmental feel.

As good as, if not better, than any bagel shop in NYC. Also, way better service than any bagel shop in NYC. Pumpernickel Everything on weekends is bae, but they also make the best egg bagel under the Sun. I know I sound hyperbolic, but I'm downplaying it.

At this point this place does not need more 5 stars, but the food and staff deserve every bit of it. I knew the owner when she had that corporate job and let me tell you, she is passionate and hardworking. Support small businesses!
