Honey wheat sunflower bagel- delicious! Veggie cream cheese made with actual fresh veggies made the difference. Person waiting on us had very nice interpersonal skills. So lucky we made this random stop in our vacation!
Best bagel joint around. Everything bagel - best ever. Vegan? Not a problem - great vegan cheese cheese and several vegan pastry options as well. This place gets busy but if there is a wait, it's worth it.
The service at the north main st. providence location is as bad as you can possibly get. They don't care about mobile orders, they are impolite, slow and unprofessional. Every single time I go to that location I have the same horrendous experience. The food is good but the service is so bad that it is absolutely not worth your time, money or patience. Do 45 minutes for a bagel sound absurd to you? Consider waiting 45 minutes and then have the staff prepare everyone's order but yours and not even apologizing for the bad service. I can't emphasize this enough. Try literally every other bagel place in existence and even if this is the only one open, you are literally better off baking the bagels yourself. Will not step foot ever again and will advice friends and family to do the same. In the past they offered me gift cards as a means to say that they are sorry but they keep treating customers the same way. Don't fall for that.
Had a really disappointing experience here. Ordered 2 honey wheat sunflower bagels with vegan chive cream cheese and got stale bagels with a pathetic amount of cream cheese on them. I paid $13 for this. Unacceptable!
Amazing bagels and pastries, and I felt most inclined to write this review because the staff at this shop are literally all the nicest, most genuine people I've come in contact with at a food spot. I've never gone in here without having an employee go above and beyond with kindness in some type of way. They make my day every single time!
Providence bagel is my go to breakfast place. With an incredible assortment of breakfast food that is incredibly high quality, I can never turn down a "pvd bagel run".
My husband and I LOVE Providence Bagel. The staff is always extremely friendly and very welcoming. Not to mention, their vegan cream cheese is BY FAR the best we have had! Since switching to a vegan diet we have tried many different cream cheese brands and theirs is made in house and THE BEST! This is our only stop for bagels and cream cheese!

Love providence bagel! I have been to multiple locations and can’t get enough. The bagels are always fresh and I love the bacon scallion cream cheese. Every employee has been super nice and helpful. Love the variety in their breakfast sandwiches- endless options!
I could easily go on and on about how great the food and coffee is but I’d rather share how awesome the people are that work here are.After an honest mix up with an online order the staff was super helpful and even gave my meal free. Being in customer service myself, this was way above and beyond service.Can’t recommend this place enough!
