If I could give negative stars I would. 10 minutes to order food. That's ok I understand many came in at same time. I placed my order, waited 15-20 minutes. The manager asked who is the shrimp and fries 2 orders. I said no. Waited another 10 minutes, the one who took my order handed me a order. I was so upset at the service and time I went straight home. I arrived home and opened our order. They handed me the order that I said no to. My order had coleslaw. I tried about 10 times to call the location. They do not answer and a few times line was busy. Very bad service, cold food and no responsibility as a fast food restaurant. If I wasn't so angry I would have driven back to the location. Best walk away and never return.
Love the location on smith st, these people have the worst attitudes every time and if they don’t they mess up your order! And when your going through drive through all you here is drive up…. Me Im not done ordering … then oh what drink did you want again? Like get your shot together, trust me I don’t want to work as a nurse but I still go and do my job professionally. Only thing fire is their drink machine today lmfao.
Didnt have spicy tenders like I wanted.. settled for regular tenders and they literally gave me cold chicken tenders. Like out of the fridge cold. Gross, won't be coming back.
They don’t pay attention or listen. My meal was supposed to come with two sides. They charged me for the whole meal but they did not give me two sides and I specifically asked the girl at the drive through if she was sure it was in there and she said yes. Not the first time this happened. So the next time im there and im holding up the drive through line just know that’s why.
I will never eat from this location again. Ordered a meal and was told to wait in the parking lot because they were waiting on chicken. After waiting for 20 mins, I go inside to get an update on my order. The inside of this restaurant is filthy and the soda machine was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I got a coke and it was completely flat and my fries were old. I would suggest going to the Warwick or Johnston location. Been to smith st location a few times also and never had an issue with food or cleanliness, although customer service not always the greatest but I can get past that!
Now THIS is a chicken nugget! Eat your ❤ out McD's. The nuggets were hot, crispy, and made with tender white chicken that looked and tasted like chicken. The new mac and cheese side is also excellent.
Tonight I had a DoorDash order they took forever to get to the speaker at least more than 5 minutes. So I drove up to the window and they proceeded to just look at me and not serve me until I had to beep my horn to finally get the order. The fact that I took my time to write this should tell you a lot about this establishment this is also not my first incident with experiencing rude customer service.
I love popeyes but this site is a very dirty place to eat.
This is the worst Popeyes I ever been to. The service was disgusting . One worker was rude and dismissive. The food was too breaded and sloppily made. My order was promised in 10 minutes but 30 minutes later it wasn’t ready. As I waited for my food in the lot I noticed it was full of trash. The kicker was a rat ran in front of my car.. No apologies just a funky attitude . Thank goodness Warwick will be opening real soon. I will never go there again..
Most times we have come here the service is not friendly and we always are told we have to wait. Tonight we didn't receive half of our order that we had to pull around and wait for and when I went it to tell them we got our stuff but there were rude and not apologetic. Part of food service is customer service. Now I know it is worth driving across town to a different Popeye's.
