Chicken is fantastic. It has great flavor. Gravy on the mashed was disgusting. The rolls were not received and I got the wrong sauce for nuggets. The flans were upside down and sideways in a plastic bag, leaking and sticky. Flavor of the flan was ok, caramelized sugar was disappointing. There were no straws, silverware, or condiments in the bag that was delivered. Honestly though, the chicken had amazing flavor. Really. It isn't too spicy and it isn't bland. Very good.
First time I ever ate food from there was yesterday night and the food was great and service awesome great staff person who took care of me was very nice and respectful. And if you live in Providence Rhode Island I'm talking about the one right there on Atwells Ave across from the mobile gas station

It's easy to give stars but giving wouldn't fix the problem. The next experience wouldn't give the fullest satisfaction to anyone. Perhaps to have been traveling for more than 1 hour and 40 minutes just to eat, it was worthy, but this time I found myself with a lack of straws, cold tortillas, and they didn't have a mix of chicken they had but mere wings and thighs. I also found the price outrageous especially taking into consideration the experience I had.

The food is great thebgrill chicken tasted good, but I ordered the bowl, but the guacamole was old and sour, as well the Pico de gallo..
Waited over 15 minutes in line just to wait another 25 minutes for my food. Did not even get a sympathetic gesture or comment as to why it took so long. There was 4 front end associates and at least 3 in the back. Customer's just kept leaving the line and no apologies or acknowledge was given. Horrible experience ALL around

Would love to give more stars but..1/2 filled bean sides...older and overcooked poultry. The mashed potatoes and gravy was gross..period. Not enough space in line for social distancing. But...the fruit drinks Jamaica and orange were both delish! Great service at the cash register. And the side salad was fresh and tasty! I'd try again, just not this location
