My pizza was dropped off looking like it had fallen and when I called I was repeatedly transferred to a number that no one answers. Just terrible service
Ordered over $40 worth of food from the Providence, Valley st location on the night of 1/29/22. My stuffed crust pizza and my girlfriends regular pizza were literally undercooked. After I ate my first slice I turned to my gf who also ate a slice of hers and at the same time we both said "it's not fully cooked" we essentially spent $45 on dough with cold cheese and barely melted cheese. On the Papa John's website it makes it impossible to receive a refund. You need to jump through a lot of ridiculous hoops just to get a new pizza or credits. I honestly wouldn't eat anything from this location again even for free. I've been a cook/chef my entire life, I'm just happy we did not get sick.
I had ordered a large catering order thru this establishment. At 1pm I received confirmation that my order would be dropped off at 3pm. After having to call twice and over an hour wasted thru the 3rd party I was using I was informed that not only did the people working have no idea about my order but that in order for it to be made I would have to drive to the store and show them my confirmation email. Than they would start making my order which they also where requiring that I pay the store directly even though I had paid the 3rd party already. Worst experience ever I had 45 hard working employees I was trying to take care of with this order. No apology from anyone.
Ordered pizza and instructed for the delivery driver to call is when they arrived(never had an issue before). After about an hour I looked at the app wondering where my order was turns out they just left it outside in the cold without letting us know they were here knocking or even ringing the doorbell. When I called no one answered so I left a message wanting the tip removed from my charge at the very least and a refund as the food had been left sitting in the cold and was barely edible. I got no response except now i can no longer order deliver to my house. Not a great way to do business. I will be escalating this up to corporate.

It has been 1 hour and 20 minutes and I have yet to get my pizza and it is only 5 minutes down the street. I have been calling the store for about 30 minutes now and they have not picked up at all.Update: I recieved the pizza at 11:40pm, when I ordered it at 10:20pm. I asked the delivery person to call when they arrived, they didn't call and left the food in the front. I went to get my pizza, cold, and found an any crawling on the pizza when I opened up the box. I attached pictures. I also have a video of the ant crawling on my food but I cannot upload it here. Still no one answered the phone there.
fire everyone at the valley street location especially "chris" the gangster MANAGER who could not help me after they messed my order up not 1 time but 2 times on 2 DIFFERENT days in one week anyways he picked up saying YO!!! then when i told him they took an hour to deliver my food and its cold and wrong he said well....we busy here what would u like me to do? i said maybe refund or COMPENSATION? he said how about i make sure we get it right next time ok? ....NO I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER I WOULD LIKE THIS FIXED NOW? he like well call corporate and they will gwt back to you in 48 hours. what??? wow. call them again? smh horrible service!!!!!
