I order from Panera on line and my food is made and delivered from this location. The food quality is poor, my order is never right, the ingredients that are suppose to be on my salads are never all there, and if you order extra chicken you don't get it (but yet you pay for it). You can't call because they won't answer the phone between the hours of 11 and 2. I don't think they know how to make the food on the menu. I like Panera and especially the Cranston location at Garden City. Top notch there. Providence...not so much. Pay too much money to not get what you pay for.
Writing the review because is not the first time that happens I ordered a coffee they send me 1/2 of almond milk only no coffee, I called waiters on the line nobody el answer then the line was picked up and hung up I spoke with someone offer me a 10 credit which doesn’t fix my problem im stuck at home with covid one the person making the coffee needs to pay more attention and the driver from door dash also needs to verify the orders before leaving the store.
We ordered the new chicken sandwich that they've been advertising everywhere. Don't bother... it's awful. Bread was soggy, whatever they coat it with was slimy and it's way overpriced. I had to ask twice for the bottle of water I ordered, we waited 15 minutes and the food was cold. If you work for all those food delivery places, you get preferred treatment over those who walk in and order.
So I placed an order online, an doordash delivered it. When doordash arrived the bag was VISIBLY leaking. I opened the bag to find, the soup lid was defective an food was ruined!I called the store and spoke with Jackson the manager. Jackson changed my negative experience with this restaurant. He was caring an attentive to the issue. Thank you
This particular Panera has an inventory issue they need to figure out. At 1:00 they were already out of ingredients for our first choice, 2nd choice and 3rd choice. And, this is the 3rd time it's happened to us. Our 4th choice was good though.
We really like Panera but the experience on this location was not good. There was NO chicken for a sandwich, NO dressing for the salad we ordered, NO napkins, only 3 out of 6 water flavors on the fountain, the coffee was lukewarm : (. The place was not clean, we had wet towels and cleaned our table, the rug was dirty as well. Definitively, there’s room for improvement- Take care of the place.!!
Extremely dry bread bowls. Like chewing on leather. Left hungry & sadly I cannot recommend the Mac & cheese bread bowl. It went in the trash.
They took 20 minutes to give me literally just a bagel and a cookie and there were about 8 workers back there just talking. I also asked for cream cheese on it but they couldn’t even do that so I’m not sure what took 20 minutes
This place is disgusting they gave me soggy tomatoes. Really bad management.
They do not have a soap dispenser in thier bathroom for months now. I seen with my own two eyes employees using the bathroom with no soap dispenser then walking right on the line to prepare food. The manager or supervisor is a nice gentleman and he's the only one that left the bathroom and walked right over to the sink in back with a soap dispenser to wash his hands. I can't even enjoy panera any more in Providence smh. The same lady is always walking around with one little tiny measly rag to wash all the tables back to back no disinfected or water what's so ever. ??????? ?
